I'm Right, He's Wrong

We welcomed Andre Rochester to this episode!  Anyone who has rocked with us before, has met/seen Andre, but for those who are new to him... He is a phenomenal artist and activist.  

For this episode, we discussed the still controversial Eminem, although, lately the controversy has been surrounding whether the man is any good at rapping anymore.  Was the newest album a light in the abysmal darkness that has been the past 10 years of "Slim Shady's" career, or more of the same?

The sequel to Lowkey's original Soundtrack to the Struggle came on the heels of an 8 year "silence" by the British born rapper.  He addressed the time off on Soundtrack to the Struggle 2, another scathing commentary on the political and social climate of the world, particularly in the "United" States of Amerikkka (don't ever get this twisted... Welcome to "I'm Right, He's Wrong"!  In the kickoff episode, Rico and I (Kontradyction) discuss "El Capo" by Jim Jones and Heatmakerz.  A gritty album with all the sounds of New York you'd expect from Jim Jones, and it was a pleasant ass surprise for me.

Who was right?  And who was wrong?  You decide.
