Ingestre Orangery

The third of this four part podcast series based in and around Ingestre, Staffordshire. Commisioned by Ingestre Orangery and created by Fired up Theatre thanks to National Lottery Heritage Fund.

Welcome to this guided mindful walk and mindful activities to be enjoyed whilst you are visiting Ingestre Orangery. Hannah from The Well Nest retreat centre and wellbeing services will be your guide for today and will take you through the gardens and along the Woodland Walk. 

Make your way to the formal garden and take a seat on the grass or on the steps along the side of the Orangery, take a deep breath and press play.

You can return to the gardens and experience the mindful walk as many times as you wish. You may notice some new each time.

We continue our mysterious thriller drama set in rural Ingestre and the surrounding areas, where former detective Amos Appleby continues to get to grips with his secret past.

If you thought you knew all about Ingestre village think again. A new resident, a retired police officer, has moved to the village but it is soon clear that he has not entirely left behind his past life.
