Touching God with Charles Eisenstein
Listen to these fifteen juicy minutes with Charles Eisenstein. We talk about staying in the unknown and in the brokenness, about the urge to act and the territory between the old and the new story. About the polarization that we live in nowadays and the experience of touching god by being in someone else's shoes. We invite you to trust the wisdom of nature who birthed us as part of herself... and to walk together towards the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible.

What is Inner Pathways?
Welcome to season two of the Inner Pathways Podcast! We will publish a new episode every full moon.
Today, we reconnect with our work, providing inspirations for the inner pathways. You can hear about our favourite grounding practices and stories about how we are using the materials produced during the two years of the project.
All the resources we mention are available for free on innerpathways.eu. Do check them out!
Peak experiences and life cycle
In this episode, Kasia and Fernanda talk about peak experiences and life cycles, providing very interesting and research-based insights about how to tap into interconnectedness or interbeing.
Wondering what a peak experience is? Abraham Maslow, who first talked about it in 1964, describes peak experiences as “rare, exciting, oceanic, deeply moving, exhilarating, elevating experiences that generate an advanced form of perceiving reality, and are even mystic and magical in their effect upon the experimenter”.
Have you have experimented it?
Awareness of breath
This practice is an invitation to become more aware of your own breath. Breath sounds like a simple thing to get in touch with, as it happens naturally. It is so easy to forget about it and to give it for granted, but the breath is always there, and it is a great resource to get back to when we need to infuse some consciousness to our present moment.
The Mountain Meditation
"Mountains have a lot to teach us if we let them teach us".
In this well renowned guided meditation from Jon Kabat-Zinn, brought to you by Paola Bortini, the image of the mountain is used to strengthen ourselves and our sense of worth and ability to face the changing times of our life, each season with its own beauty.
It invites us to focus on the essence of being and letting go of what is not serving us, the judgment coming from ourselves and others that is distracting us from our core value.
The spirit of gift
“The gift culture is deeply rooted in our DNA: we come to Earth as a gift, and everything we receive since we are conceived is a gift", says Debora in this podcast.
What does abundance mean? Is wealth only about having goods and money? What are you scarce of? What can happen to you if you give too much? What are wealth and wellbeing really for you?
Listen to this podcast and follow Debora to live a brief and deep experience related to gift and prosperity.
Listening as culture of self awareness
Perception of environment and self-locating into it through sound is deeply rooted in all human cultures since prehistory.
This very special link of environmental sound and its internal resonance in relation to body and mind is utilized in 3 simple listening exercises, that can be practised by anyone, anytime and anywhere, to maintain the peace of mind and wholeness with universe.
Brought to you by Santa Krastiņa and Maksims Senteljevs, sound artist and phonographer.
Arising emotions
This is a simple and fragrant exercise about using our three brains and aligning them, with journaling questions, brought to you by Paola Bortini.
Enjoy!
Giving birth to a New World
In this podcast, you will hear what Michel Odent, Ruth Ehrhardt and Clara Scropetta say about the relationship between childbirth and sustainability, and on how much the way we are born influences our wellbeing and our care for others and for the Earth.
“Humanity will be able to stay on this planet according to nature laws. And nature laws are very equanimous: no losers, only winners, and a lot of beauty.”Clara Scropetta.
Education and Astronomy
We live on a planet which rotates around its axis and orbits the Sun. Together with the whole Solar system, we travel through the Milky Way galaxy in a speed which is difficult to image. We observe the Moon and the Sun, understand the cycles and know that we are part of it. Putting the learning activities we organise into cosmic context, tuning our events into universal harmony brings a grounding frame, authentic feeling and big learning potential.
In this episode, we present approaches to combining nonformal education with the big galactic picture.
The Wellness Inventory
What is the quality of your personal wellness? This guided Wellness Inventory will introduce you to the six dimensions of wellness and give you the chance to explore them. It will help you to develop awareness of the areas in which you are thriving as well as your areas for growth.
You can download and print this document: it will make the inventory a bit more visual, leading you to create your personal wellness wheel, but it is not strictly necessary.
Take a pen and paper and an open mind and enjoy the ride.
