With their background in user experience, artificial intelligence, and machine learning, they designed their company to be an "as a service" company that is bringing correlations between retention, usage, etc and the utilities like access control, lighting, and HVAC.  Recently, in an effort to help their customers in the midst of the Coronavirus crisis they launched an easy self-tour solution that will allow for prospects to get into buildings and see a model unit on their own in order to maintain safe social-distancing for apartment staff and future residents.
