We can't believe we've completed 12 episodes of The Intentional Podcast! As the season finale, we figured it be a cool idea to send a message to our past selves about the lessons we learned and the advice we wished we heard a year ago. In this episode, you'll hear both of us talk to our past selves in real-time, and we hope to inspire you to do a similar exercise. This was a fun activity and hope to do this again in the future!

It's been a fun season trying to figure out which topics resonated with you and having conversations outside of the podcast about certain episodes! We will keep you updated on the upcoming season!

We believe mental well-being is foundational to everyone's lives, and since May is Mental Health Awareness month, we want to help de-stigmatizing having conversations around mental health.

Although The Kurative Podcast had the same name as the company, Kurative Co., the podcast hadn't changed since the pandemic started. The podcast's new brand and format will reflect the growth and alignment to the mission Kurative Co. is working towards.

Joined by a new co-host, Mar (@thedeathengineer), our goal is to empower you to gain clarity on how to live a more intentional life.

We're excited to start an ongoing discussion by sharing our experiences, struggles, and lessons learned on prioritizing our values, mental health, & purposeful work. We hope you'll join us in our conversation!
