Disappointment is something that unfortunately resonates with us all. For some people, a disappointment can be so severe it leaves them feeling stuck- going through the motions but having lost their joy. But there is hope; we don't have to stay in that place. In today's podcast, I want to discuss some things we can do to deal with disappointments that come our way.
