Speed
The ninth physical skill is speed. Unlike coordination, balance, and accuracy, this skill incorporates both practice and training. In addition, speed helps increases all the other skills. Accuracy
Accuracy is the eighth physical skill. While most of us are not athletes training in a specialized sport involving accuracy, it is very much important when lifting or performing certain functional movements. Balance
