Pep Talks with Liam

Sometimes it gets crazy, other times pointless. But talking to a child is surprisingly therapeutic, sometimes even worth reflecting. :) Join me in my pep talks with Liam and together, let's embrace childhood once again. π€ @ipiing @liamarden

Would You Rather...
It's been a while and we're back with an episode we've recorded a few days after our release from isolation a month ago... but we're still missing someone! So to ease homesickness, Liam and I played a game of preference--random questions, top of mind answers... 'til we got sleepy. π€ So! Would you rather fly or go invisible? π @ipingger @liamarden -- Send us a voice message: anchor.fm/iping/message

Not Giving Up... According to Liam
Liam was lecturing about not giving up when all of a sudden...he felt sleepy.π΄ Stretched him a bit and he still got to share about his favorite podcast, favorite game apps, and his curiosity about how Jesus is related to God. I hope I did not bring him in to further confusion as he goes to sleep.π€ @ipingger @liamarden -- Send us a voice message: anchor.fm/iping/message

How to Knockout Nightmares
We were not able to bring any children's book in quarantine so Liam and I retell one of his favorite hauls from Big Bad Wolf, "How to Knockout Nightmares." Let's talk about childhood dreams and tips on how to overcome nightmares and fears. Do you have any tricks to share with us? π

Quarantine...with a 5 year-old
Liam and I are both under monitoring, and his Tatay (Dad) is healing from COVID-19 in our own house. Isolated in a room at my parents' house for a couple of weeks, here's what bed time pep talks sound like in quarantine mode--missing trees, dreaming big, and always... random stuff. :) Still warming up to the podcast world, hope you'll enjoy this episode! π€
