In this final weekly episode, Rob is joined by Club Head Coach Nick Drane to talk about the Basketball England return to play process as the club looks forward to returning to some sense of normality in the upcoming months. Nick also touches on his all-time IBC and NBA 'starting fives', the women's recent success ahead of the graduation of several key-players at the end of next year and shares his coaching role model, which may surprise some listeners.

Host Rob Schatten talks to reigning NBL D1 MVP Harriet Welham about her near decade as a player with Ipswich Basketball Club. Harriet touches on her experiences as a junior, her development as a player and  aspirations for the future, including her foray into coaching. Harriet also discusses the close bond she's developed with her teammates over the years and the surreal experience of playing against her best friend in a cup final.

In this special episode of the IBC podcast Ben speaks to former junior and IBA player and current Essex Rebel Charleene Tom about the Black Lives Matter movement, the history of racism at home and abroad and how we can all do more to challenge the structural and systemic oppression of minorities in the wake of the tragic death of George Floyd and countless others.

In this week's bumper-sized episode Rob is joined by former player and junior coach Amy Linton. Amy has the distinction of being the first guest who has both coached and played for the club and she talks in-depth about her experiences in both roles. Amy also reminisces about being part of that historic run as part of the undefeated senior women's side and how difficult a decision it was to walk away from the sport.

In this episode, Rob is joined by Terry Rigby, team manager for the senior women. A well known presence behind the scenes, Terry recently made the difficult decision to step down after a number of years as a volunteer. He reflects on his time with the club, the importance of his duties as a TM and some of the highlights he has experienced as a crucial and long-standing member of the IBC family.

In this episode of the IBC podcast Ben is joined by current U16 girls head coach Kev Manning. A long-standing and popular presence around the club, Kev discusses his history with the local basketball community, his three years as a head coach on the junior side of the program and the emphasis he puts on building relationships with his players.

Adam also touches on his extensive background in strength and conditioning as well as his experiences running his gym, ISC.
