When Fate Ties You Into A Knot - What Do You Do?

By Isaac Khonjelwayo

Self-empowerment is about self-discovery and self-exploitation. To capture ones best attitude and opportunities to survive life's challenges and obstacles. Join the conversation and share! It is for this reason that "Radio Khuluma" exists. To give free speech to those who have no voice. Provide hope to those who have lost their faith. And are deprived opportunities within South Africa's economic resources and quality services from our government. Corruption has eroded the values from which our potential as a nation has been diminished after 1994 democracy.

EP.81 Library of SONA Failed Promises of ANC Government Has Gone Beyond Jokes

EP.81 Library of SONA Failed Promises of ANC Government Has Gone Beyond Jokes

The history of broken promises made by ANC politicians and the impact of empty promises on the trust of citizens has been eroded by constant lies. The reasons behind the inability of ANC politicians to fulfill their promises and the consequences of losing trust in political leaders has led the people turn a disaster into a state of humor and jokes to alleviate a national stress. Here are 15 examples of why ANC will lose the 2024 April Elections for failing to meet the needs of the nation with a sense of urgency.

EP.80 Talent Search To Reduce High Unemployment Rate In South Africa

EP.80 Talent Search To Reduce High Unemployment Rate In South Africa

Talent Search To Reduce High Unemployment Rate In South Africa. Learn To Earn A Living Earnestly & Not Depend Too Much On Government or Stealing I do not believe continuous handouts to sustain any individual social grants of a country for the youth; in a long run is the ultimate solution to substitute unemployment for a dependency syndrome. Companies and Governments must offer alternative permanent job creation opportunities, for people to add value to society and appreciate their self-worth for being employed.

We Need Youth Employment Service Program

Projects like "Shoes & Sneakers Comedy Cartel" to develop creative talent and life skills should be part of our education curriculum. Entrepreneurship must be taught at high schools as a compulsory foundation course. This will prepare students for vocational training, instead of limiting their scope of interest and development to pursue academic studies.

  • This basically is how you prepare a developing nation into self-reliance, on skills development to kick-start small business initiatives to grow the economy.
  • high unemployment rate in South Africa
  • The high Unemployment rate in South Africa
  • The only way to realize our true potential as a nation is to become successful individuals in our own rights. Improving our technical and vocational creative skills and talents is a wise investment in the human capital development vision and the national plan.

We need skills that are exportable and will not restrict individuals from finding job opportunities outside of South Africa. Placing race, colour, gender, and religion or nepotism impediments in employing citizens; is prejudice to their abilities to deliver better skills with qualifications, to employers. This is a deceitful attempt to undermine the rights of seriously qualified and credible job seekers to earn an honest living.

Trevor Noah, Elon Musk, Charlize Theron, Bonang Matheba, and many other S.A. celebrities who left the country for overseas greener pastures; are the reason why our country is lacking in talent to create and manufacture our own S.A. brands to export abroad. I'll be the next to follow.

The UK, USA, Canada, and European countries are where aspiring individuals with tongue and cheek need to focus their attention, goals, and ambitions. To prepare, thrive, and build legacies for themselves. This is how we can begin to set high standards for professional personal achievements. Setting high standards is not an option, but a necessary tool for our follow-up succession planning. This talent job creation drive is to improve writers and develop new authors in the townships to groom creativity and new skills.

EP.79 South Africans Are The Only People To Decide The Fate of The Country

EP.79 South Africans Are The Only People To Decide The Fate of The Country

South Africans Are The Only People To Decide The Fate of The Country. We need more than a miracle for a complete change in political justice against leadership malfunction to get the country in good order. The role of “messiah” to remedy our country’s predicament is something to be considered an impossible dream to fathom.

The corruption viruses incurred by The ANC will never take us forward anytime soon. We must forge a different path to find an alternative solution that will transform everything from scratch to the glory we’ve all wished to experience. “A world of Shangri-La” was conceived as a place of Freedom and Prosperity after 1994.

Perhaps, a new political party fresh from the ground up is what is needed right now to save ourselves from this annihilation.

We Share The Same Dilemma And Fate Of Africa's Moral Degeneration!

South African black folks have a dilemma and a challenge to deal with the reality of the ANC corruption nightmare. Let alone the after-effects and the hangover of a honeymoon and the intoxication of a long-overdue delusional democracy since 1994.

  • It is time for ALL South Africans to wake up and smell the coffee.
  • Since the inception of S.A's democracy; it has become a habit for the ANC government and our people to tolerate excuses for poor performance in all sectors of SOE’s service deliveries.
  • Optimization of resources to govern effectively without failure to their mandate to account to the nation has come to pass and they should be held accountable to the people for not delivering services.

They shun taking responsibility for poor and bad decisions to own up to their actions for lack of discipline in their workplaces, and notch up the performance of standards to meet the country's economic output expectations.

Our government is suffering from the terrible mental paralysis of self-denial and uses its incompetency to pretend they're in control. The reality is that - they don't know what they're doing and have their brains and faculty of reason twisted in a knot.

Why after 28 years of democracy do we still have communities traveling 20 km to fetch water. Why do we have children in street robots begging for food instead of being in the classroom? We have people like Mzwandile in Soweto who runs after-school music classes, yet National Lottery Funding do not support his community development initiatives? - Read more about Mzwandile Here!

EP.78 Let's Use Music as A Catalyst of Hope to Advocate Peace Celebrate Our Humanity

Let's Use Music as A Catalyst of Hope to Advocate Peace Celebrate Our Humanity. In the spirit of promoting harmony and everlasting peace in the region, I believe we composers, songwriters, engineers, musicians, and producers; can make a big difference to help reconcile the two countries.

Together with the input of their musicians including, but not limited to the following, reputable "International Peace Initiative Music Ambassadors". With the view that "Perhaps Our Purpose To Exist - Is To Reach Out and Touch Someone" to save lives and to help build a better world for all to live in peace?

Dear Local & International Music Fraternity Community,

Sunday, May 16, 2021

This is Mr. Blue. J your biggest fan after listening to your powerful music presentations and productions including "The Wall” album by Pink-Floyd from Soweto, South Africa. I am convinced together we can put off the fire of hate and wars between nations, to promote peace. I wanted to create music to make the world a better place for all to co-exist.

My inspiration is still burning in my heart and soul to never die; until my mission as a lyricist is accomplished. One of my personal ambitions is to complete the: "Tick-A-Box Dying Wish List"  projects and particularly item #63 at the bottom of this page of my gratitude goals before I die.

Therefore; your support and kindest heart and contribution to this "item #63" will be truly appreciated. "The aim is to live this world a better place than I found it".

EP.75 How Can The Church Build Its legacy Through Education - (Part.2)

The Churches Newsletter

This episode is the continuation of EP.74 part.1

Why should the church have its own church newsletter? Well! First and foremost, the primary purpose of the church is to reach out, preach, teach, empower, disseminate and communicate the Gospel and Christianity, if the dogma is about Christianity or God as the essence of creation, if the focus is about God. Whatever, the message is about.

This information can be used to empower the congregation as well as the community, outside of the church. The non-congregants are part of the mainstream searching sheep; who are left-out of the church because they’ve not found a reason to belong in the church. This is where you find members of the famous “Gabola Church” disposition is affected by alcohol abuse, drug peddling and addictions of all kinds.

The newsletter can be produced weekly and distributed to the church as part of the education drive to reinforce the teaching. Other information related to the church can also be included in the newsletter, e.g. upcoming wedding celebrations, special baptismal events, bible classes, prayer meetings, community crime rehabilitation programs and the churches Sunday school activities etc.

The youth can be involved in the production and coordination of the newsletter to instill a sense of responsibility and purpose to develop their leadership skills and good qualities. Review Episode No.74 here

The Sermons Booklet

  • The Second item in the menu of archiving information for the library to be considered seriously by the church; is the production and printing of the churches Sermons Booklet. Why is it important for the library to have such a booklet? The sermons booklet serves two main important functions that the church can use to keep hope and the Gospel Teachings Alive and flowing, by constantly updating people with the latest information.

The church should distribute it on a monthly basis to remind the congregation of the last past four sermons where upon the teachings made an impact to the congregation. This follow up strategy is how God empowers us to remember Him and constantly praise Him. Otherwise if this booklet is not in the hands of the congregation every month, they'll forget why they went to church in the first place.

The second aspect of this booklet is a reminder and a reference book for the congregation to use as a personal encyclopedia of teachings to entertain their spiritual sentiments . It does have an impact to the readers psyche and it keeps their atmosphere and focus on the teachings.

Rather than the church leave this to be in the hands of “social media” abuse of fake news. The booklet is a mini-version of the big picture i.e. salvation and our constant war against evil.

This sermons booklet allow members of the church the opportunity to be soaked in the message rather than be lost to negative programming and messages that will destroy the atmosphere built by the pastors’ sermon.

In Conclusion

That in a nutshell is how the church should view, plan, visualize and go about setting up the library strategy of the church. If the church wants to survive the new millennium challenges or to meet the needs of the people on the ground. It’s message and teachings; should be consistent and fed constantly to serve, impress and to empower or execute, a new vision that will transform our communities to see the church grow beyond its current state.

EP.74 How Can The Church Build Its legacy Through Education - (Part.1)

EP.74 How Can The Church Build Its legacy Through Education - (Part.1)

So! It goes without saying that no church should be without a library. The library should be part of the communication and education center for all church matters. This means the church should formulate or establish a team of education and communication members to manage and execute every other mission pertaining to the development, activities and ministry of the church.

Therefore, the literature and its communication deployment within this context should be produced, created and published by the church. All literature should be about the teachings, scriptures, and related information that will empower the readers and members of the congregation.

These publications should encompass languages within which the church can liaison with the congregation to accommodate, self-development, African Religious History, Eastern and Western religious teachings for educational purposes.

Eight Resources The Church Library Should Never Be Without:

  1. The churches monthly Newsletter
  2. The ministry monthly Sermons Booklet
  3. A Journal of the church past, present and future goals
  4. Choir and or Music Score/Songs division or dept.
  5. The history yearbook of the church
  6. All Audio Files and Podcasts belonging to the church
  7. A Video Channel to broadcast the services of the church
  8. A Social Media online presence to reach out to the youth

The Biggest Enemy & Evil That Society Should Fight Against Is Ignorance

However, in the churches’ pursuit to establish a communication center and assign duties and responsibilities to its volunteers. It must have the churches’ education committee already in place.

It is only natural that the church should investigate which curriculum it will need to embrace or follow to form or influence the basis from which their literature material will be produced.

Apart from choosing people and volunteers in the congregation to offer their skills, expertise and knowledge in the establishment of these structures and projects, the church should communicate its intention and plans to the congregation. The church should find community members who qualified personnel to assist and support these undertakings and efforts.

EP.73 Help And Advise Can Come From Any Corner

This is why if you don't ask for advice, help and free guidance to overcome personal problems and challenges, your life comes to a standstill. You stop to function to your full potential and end up using only 5% of your God-given talents and abilities.

Therefore, you can not blame God for your failure, because people who surround you can offer better solutions to help you with free tips and survival techniques to move on with life. If you don't trust your parents' advice, why not seek advice from friends, the church, acquaintances or someone already successful and knowledgeable to guide you in your life's journey.

How Anyone Can Become Their Best Product

  • You can't fight the battles of life in isolation if you're not Superman. That is why God provides and sends parents, friends, colleagues and religious connections to help us navigate through these treacherous potholes of living.
  • Thirdly, education is one of the most powerful tools and cornerstones of personal improvement, an asset that enables people to be liberated to possess divine guidance through knowledge.
  • If you stop reading and educating yourself, you open yourself up to instant decay. And your success and spirit will drop from realizing its own glory and refulgence.

That's the reason why God gave us the mind to think, to learn, to grow and to share our experiences with the world. You need to learn how to make tough decisions and choices in life, so that you can prosper and conquer adversity.

You can conquer the storm and the deep rivers of adversity, or you can swim with confidence into the beauty of life’s divine trials and tribulations! Your chosen path can open your eyes for light to shine on you with profound understanding, when hope becomes your last resort. Love and Hate or Fear and Hope are betwixt and cannot be separated. Duality of existence is what makes you think they are different.

So! Why Separate Them And Give Each One Authority Over The Other? What Is The Fuss?

Life is a canvas where individuals can draw the landscape of their dreams and visions to a beautiful Kaleidoscope of their own grand designs. You have to “BE” alive to remain in control of your destiny, to leave behind the footprints of your positive or negative actions within this space of your existence.

Rain or Shine! This is the order of creation and how it was meant to operate. Life is not supposed to be easy. Otherwise, we wouldn't be alive in the first place. To test and showcase resilience of our human DNA. Love it and you can dance with the wolves to prove you’re human. – Then you become adventurous to explore life’s unchartered, dangerous, limitless possibilities.

Hate it and your courage will die and dissolve slowly, like ice melting from the heat of the Sun. This will stifle and destroy your potential to go beyond your true God-given capabilities. Read more...

Live your life around the laws of nature and the universe, or oppose it, and you deny yourself simple blessings to see dilemma as an opportunity, instead of a curse. You are the captain who has the power to steer your ship in the direction for which you want to travel.  You can bring love and adversity “together” into your fold. If you wish, or you can climb a mountain and dance your way to happiness

EP. 71 Positive Self-Drive To Community Values Development

EP. 71 Positive Self-Drive To Community Values Development

Legacy builders don’t cheat seasons of time to harvest their crops. Your Spirit is your license to God’s conscience. You can gain fame or lose fortunes; but without lifting a finger you’ll get nowhere, it’s all a pipe-dream. You’ll be like dog chasing a moving car and when that car “stops” it doesn’t know what to do. This is what happens when a government like the ANC changes political leaders and the opposition party takes becomes silence and oblivious of the negative impact it will bring to our economy.

To be famous and rich you must be a lucky hardworking dude to a degree of being considered fortunate. Bill Gates or Steve Jobs biographies tell a promising tale of building legacies of wealth through honest hard work. Yet! To be fortunate you need to be luckier but possess a vision to work-wiser to keep such wealth and be content. It doesn’t make people guess if you’re not happy and have not conquered Life’s mysterious quizzes.

Although everything in life is possible. Life gives everyone an opportunity to explore the right means and ways of acquiring things without the temptation to cheat. Even though real wealth takes a little longer to build and realize results of once hard-earned goals. Patience will always be our virtue to trust that one day your hard work will pay-off.

It is always better to let the process of wealth building grow natural, than to seek short-cuts in obtaining quick riches. After all Nature’s menu of ordering and delivering our needs and wants is the most fail-safe means of securing a none forged and temporary happiness acquired through illegal means and methods. This is just how life operates – It doesn’t get any better than this.

EP.69 A Dream In A Suit Case - Soweto In A Nutshell

EP.69 A Dream In A Suit Case - Soweto In A Nutshell

Soweto in a nutshell. hen fate ties you into a knot – What do you do? Soweto in a nutshell is a preview of Life in Soweto South Africa and a mindset of a new breed of creatures who seek something great and good for nothing, perhaps even free without paying a price for it. Yet! It is not about the entire history of Soweto, as it would not do justice to depict the true history of Soweto.

Rather, this observation and the understudy of my people is a short representation of glimpses of its authentic strives and thrives, i.e. my heart-felt rhythms of its biological clock and the mixture of modern day blues. It is about the plight and courage of a people that stood to fight for an ideal purpose in life. This was in the early days of political struggle in South Africa. The 60’s until the 80’s was a bleak period in the history of African people in South Africa under Apartheid.

Our people were able to learn to stand together united by a common goal to overcome adversity, and the hatred instigated by white people – just because we were dark skinned. We had challenges, but rose above and beyond limitations defined by destiny of a political agenda through a sick system of government injustice called “Discrimination In The Name Of Apartheid” and a class and caste division called “Separate Development” of African people according to their culture and traditions, and residential allocations in various townships and cities.

Only to end up in 2018 with fragmented individuals who are fighting to amass and secure wealth and riches at the expense of stealing and laziness to thrive on poor leadership chaos the country is facing today.

My effort since 1994 is to try and crystallize the important parables of its unique blend of human strength and integrity of character in a way; paint the inner and outer kaleidoscope of my observations to unravel but the basic unending, yet intertwined mystery of its unfolding yet unlimited but, complicated tapestry; I would like to call living under the “Fallacy Of A Faked Democracy” of 1994 elections.

EP.68 Where Is The Church?

EP.68 Where Is The Church?

When fate ties your nuts into a knot - What do you do? Where is your Church when your household needs it most? For our sons and daughters to acquire practical leadership religious family values That will instill a sense of pride and purpose to all adults and win back domestic rule? Does it mean we have to hire maids & consultants to do the work our grandparents used to teach us? Does it mean our status as a society has misled the nation to believe we are infallible and untouchables to do our own dirty laundry?

Where is your Church program that teaches young girls how to prepare and cook family meals? And boys how to repairs door handles and wash daddy’s cars and keep up the garden? Does it mean our society has lost its core humane characteristic that was inherent? in the teachings of our forefathers’ values and traditional cultural upbringing? Are we so low to stoop beneath the level of our IQ that we can’t see right from wrong and make corrective measures?

When will your Church take a stand to fight the scourge of this undesirable plague?  When will the voice of reason begin to shape the minds of the young to learn how to survive in the modern concrete jungle? Does it mean the country is doomed to produce a breed of unfit  leaders that will drown our blissful aspirations and dreams into a bleak future?

When will your Church wake up from slumber before it realizes that the community it is serving and the building they occupy as a Church will one day be empty; because the real temple of Christ has left the neighborhood for Heaven? Does it mean we all need a Messiah to take us out  of bondage and lead us once more to the Promised Land? How many souls should die fighting to bring common sense back into our daily thinking before we place more wreaths on another tombstone of our departed brothers in arms?

EP.67 The Self-Actualized Content Creators Course

EP.67 The Self-Actualized Content Creators Course

SELF- ACTUALIZED” CONTENT CREATORS THE BACKGROUND CONCEPT":

A better world is a world where Self-Actualized People with good intentions and humility empower us unconditionally with knowledge and skills to make our dreams achievable and realized in our lifetime. My Definition of Self-Actualized viz. Self-Realized In the context of this TOPIC and the background information I want to explain will imply:

A “self-actualized” person shall mean a person or an individual who is willing, able and capable of giving back to society- knowledge, experiences, information, skills, or shed light or proactive thoughts and building blocks of information unconditionally and unreservedly to the public, community or to society as a whole to empower educate and to inform them to become better human beings. Whereas, this person can impart their knowledge, teach, share information and or skills as a “selfless act of passion” to empower, liberate others from ignorance in order to fulfill his/her inner spiritual drive to perhaps meet their material need or ambition. In the process of giving, if such occurrence intends to make the other person think, feel, do or act better than their usual state of being.

While a “self-actualized” person’s ambition might or can satisfy both the giver and the receiver; the self-actualized is not always restricted by distance, height, sight, space or boundaries of time to benefit their receptors. Any means of profiting from giving and sharing or imparting such knowledge if such information is owned and controlled by them or someone else with legitimate rights to do so in the beneficial processes; I consider it an act of kindness and noble gesture to mankind.

The “self-actualized” individuals’ skill can be deliberated as a way of life to expand upon their consciousness of awareness to exist as givers. In their purest form of intend it is to inspire or to raise questions while make a difference or impact on society to behave and react in unexpected ways positive or negative. This impacts and alters society’s perception about the world views we live in. ETC.... Read more here!

EP.66 The Mystery of The Breakaway Room

EP.66 The Mystery of The Breakaway Room

“When fate hands you a lemon – Try to make lemonade”. Happiness, peace and understanding are positive to the human mind and promote physical well-being. However, we think better, perform better, and feel better and healthier when we are happy and jovial. From a medical point of view, Dr. Schindler’s definition of happiness is, “A state of mind in which our thinking is pleasant, a good share of the time”. Russian psychologist, Kekcheyev, tested people when they were thinking pleasant thoughts they would see better, taste, smell and hear better and detect finer differences in touch. Also, Dr William Bates proved that eyesight improves immediately when the individual is thinking pleasant thoughts or visualizing pleasant scenes.

Similarly, Margaret Corbett found that memory is greatly improved, concentration enhanced and that the mind is relaxed. Now, thousands of years ago wise King Solomon said, in his proverbs, “A merry heart doerth good like a medicine, but a broken spirit drieth up the bones” But, Dr. Maxwell Maltz has a more interesting point of view about happiness and he says. “Happiness is not something that is earned or deserved, happiness is not a moral issue any more than the circulation of blood is a moral issue, both are necessary to health and well-being”. Apparently, what we should learn from these findings is that if you wait until you deserve to think pleasant thoughts, you are likely to think unpleasant thoughts concerning your own unworthiness. You will expect people to make you happy. You’ll expect your wife, mother, brother, sister, boss, friend or relatives to make you happy. You’ll expect politicians to make you happy, successful, wealthy and healthy.

If you have not achieved any great heights academically or otherwise in any spheres of life, there is no reason for you to feel inferior to anyone. This is of course, provided you are still open to reading, learning and thinking, for it is the person who believes he knows everything who is in the worst position of all; because he has blocked his mind and potential to see other possibilities. “Bear in mind that the best education in the world is not  necessarily received in a classroom. It can be learnt from the greatest teacher of all – LIFE”.

EP.65 No Church Should Be Without A Church Library

EP.65 No Church Should Be Without A Church Library

How Can The Church Build Its Legacy Through Education?

To educate a congregation is a “Calling” but to empower the nation with the teaching of Christ or religions from across all continents is a “Gift” from God. Yet! The Power and the Legacy of the church will be in the archived literature that the church produces to communicate with its congregation and the community it is supposed to serve. A Church Library is a duty every ministry should have as a tool to mobilize its resources to effectively maintain its teachings to keep the “Word” alive and devil or “negative Power” at “Bay while protect vulnerable souls from evil.

So! It goes without saying that no church should be without a library. The library should be part of the communication and education center for all church matters. This means that the church should formulate or establish a team of education and communication members to manage and execute every other matter pertaining to the development, activities and ministry of the church.

Therefore, the literature and its communication deployment within this context should be produced, created and published by the church. All literature should be about the teachings, scriptures and related information that will empower the readers and the congregation. These publications of the churches literature should encompass languages within which the church is able to liaison with the congregation to accommodate African languages, Eastern and Western religious teachings and educational material.

Eight Resources The Church Library Should Never Be Without

  1. The churches monthly Newsletter
  2. The ministries monthly Sermons Booklet
  3. A Journal of the church to information

  6. All Audio Files and Podcasts     belonging to the church
  7. A Video Channel to broadcast the      services of the church
  8. A Social Media online presence to      reach out to youth

However, in the churches’ pursuit to establish its communication media and assign mediums duties and responsibilities, including the churches’ education department- It is only natural that the church should first investigate which curriculum it will need to embrace or follow in order to form or influence the basis of their literature material production. Apart; from choosing people and volunteers in the congregation to offer their skills, expertise and knowledge in the establishment of these new projects; the church should communicate its intention and plans to the congregation including finding community qualified personnel to assist and support these undertaking and efforts.

EP.64 Three Reasons Why You Should Write Your 1st Book Before You Die

EP.64 Three Reasons Why You Should Write Your 1st Book Before You Die

Anyone who is alive and are able to read and write should at least leave something behind like a legacy when they depart from this world. This topic is not about death and why you will die. It is all about your personal awareness to your existence and the most important role you have played or have yet to play or undermine in your life to deserve a publishing contract.

A majority of us will never make an attempt to tell their story while alive and ticking; simply because they think writing a book needs a special talent or a magic wand to warrant receiving an accolade. This is not true, the myth that you need to be “special and gifted” is just another fallacy to make you think your story is less important to you or us potential readers of your benevolent tale.

Writing a book is no where difficult than it is learning a new skill. Like riding a bicycle or learning how to drive or cook delicious family meals. Everything in life is and has a learning curve and acquiring new skills requires a little more effort and time before one can master it as an art. Yes! Some people are more gifted and talented in writing excellent successful books than others. But this depends on which book genre one needs to exploit to discover their true calling.

Or we can debate this issue to try and find an excuse “why you can’t write” which leaves you with one option. Pretend you’re not alive and history will not remember who you were among people who walked this earth.  Any person willing to try writing as a career or hobby can become a successful full-time well paid reputable author if given a chance and the opportunity to try it out without being judgmental about it.

EP.63 Who Is Fooling Who? You Be The Judge

EP.63 Who Is Fooling Who? You Be The Judge

South African black folks have a dilemma and a challenge to deal with reality in the Millennium and the after effects of a honeymoon and the intoxication of a long overdue delusional democracy. It is time for ALL South Africans to wake up and smell the coffee! Since the inception of S.A's democracy it has become a habit for government and our people to find excuses for poor performance, poor time keeping and a lack of discipline in all sectors of their workplace, as a way to determine standards and measure outputs.

As if complacency is part of their job descriptions and their 30% Government Output Expectations is The National KPI's standards setup by Government to measure the countries IQ's to CONTROL and limit potential. How on earth can this country compete internationally, with such low expectations and output drive and determination?

How else can you create jobs and improve the economy when your government policies are in two opposing and conflicting ends of philosophies of socialism and capitalism. It's like spiting sweet venom to wealth creators where unions and public servants demand high wages and perpetuate labor unrest with sustained plans to deliver poor outputs and completely ignore and defy principles of free enterprise systems' potential benefits in a free market economy?

  • If you are not born to lead, you will not possess a vision, to guide and manage progress.
  • If you are not born to manage people, you will not possess compassion and passion to excel, in your job and conquer challenges like a champion.
  • If you are not born to think openly and take advice, you will not possess the ability to see right from wrong, when things go bad.
  • If you are not born to inspire a nation to rise above adversity, you will not lead by example to honor the spirit of great leaders like Mahatma Ghandi and Martin Luther King to name, but a few.
  • Therefore you are not a leader, but a paper dossier like a school prefect and cannot control or direct positive events which shapes a nation to a desired goal of building a secured bright future for its citizens.

Most leaders in our government institutions and parliament are paper dossier leaders trying to restrain their emotional and personal indulgence of turbulent day-to-day decisions as if they’re managing bedroom crisis only to keep their families happy.

EP.62 Tribute to S.A. Black Music Legends Harari-The Beaters

EP.62 Tribute to S.A. Black Music Legends Harari-The Beaters

The passing of Mr. Ray Chikapa Phiri on the 12th July 2017 touched me so deep that; I had to find an excuse to write about our local music talent and the untapped treasure of our unsung heroes; let alone the musical geniuses this country has ever produced. Music all over the world is known to be a force that unifies and brings people together. As if to keep hope alive and shower our aspirations and dreams with a renewed meaning to want to push for survival and move on. We are all touched and affected by music in reference to our favorite icons – the world over.

But, when you lose a musical genius and a leader like Ray Phiri, it’s like losing one of your close family relative. We are bound spiritually by music and the bonds we form with musicians. As fans we unravel our humanity when one of us is unsettled or is separated from us physically the pain is unbearable. This tribute cannot do justice to all of our deserving local South African musicians who have passed on and those still alive today. However, my heart goes deep, and back to the early days of our political struggles as a nation.  Music became our source of comfort and therapy against aggravation.

“As Blacks” our lives were intertwined but, tainted with despair, turmoil and uneasiness that were destined by Apartheid Masters to decide the fate of our daily bread. Yet, our inner peace was wanting the least trustingly tampered with by the powers that be.

My trip down memory-lane was reminiscing of the good old days and how history can turn around to play our feelings against our intellect. It’s unimaginably difficult to know whether our lives are just another episode of time attempting to redefine our unity of purpose and self-indulgence with individual musical tastes and obsessions. Or we simply survive and face adversity because someone has their music turned on?

EP.61 He Just Ate You Alive – You Know Who?

EP.61 He Just Ate You Alive – You Know Who?

The Nightmare! Three people you should never trust with your life in this world whispered my Sangoma, have an open mind when dealing with any of these three characters. They each represent the devil wearing different hats; even a prostitute can relate to this analogy. “He” is as old as Judas Iscariot and as young and pretty as lady Marmalade. “He” will sweet talk you into his chamber of promises, but will deliver few of “His” obligations to a T. He has no honor or moral conscience to stand on nor can he be trusted with your cash. He breaks principles and marriage vows like he was never part of any deal by cooking the books.

“He” will caress your ignorance over your already confused mind, like a magician fooling around with his audiences’ mind. He will hold both your private parts all at the same time, without due respect to your privacy or dignity with a warm soft touch of delusional pricks until you are bedazzled with undaunted excitement.  “His” spell will be all over you like honey melting slowly from your chest to your belly in the heat of a moment with subliminal mind encounters. “He” will steal all of your leftover innocent feelings even bees will not notice the difference. His charm and vanity will intoxicate your five senses brighter than the irresistible neon lights of Las Vegas, in a dream state of illusion.

“He” will cloud your judgment with his faked-serious character not to reveal even the slightest clue of his Master Plan. You will be over the moon by his sales pitch and diluted cheap talk; to lure you into his bedroom where your demise is already planned to take place. “He” will hypnotize and lead you sensually and carefully into his soft undeniably amazing magnetic cleavage, i.e. his “charmed-delirious-promises” like a sneaky man killer beautiful beast trapping its unsuspecting victims with python eyes! Only to stick “His” sharp thirsty blood sucking vampire teeth into your foolish neck’s unfulfilled material desires.

“Where your desires become your prison and you become a victim of all circumstances”. Only to replenish his crooked ways to continue to feed his lust for endless craving of exotic tastes. By the time you wake up from this hypnotic trance to realize what is happening to you. You are already cooked roasted and buried into his stomach. He Just Ate You Alive™, without literally placing you on a barbecue stand. Yet all along he was seasoning and spicing you up with your eyes wide opened, and served you to himself for lunch with exotic cocktail drinks to down you swiftly from his dry throat.

Why? You are too easy a prey that is naive or lackadaisical to read between the lines and foretell future mishaps of pitiful paradoxes, filled with political, economic and social dilemmas which delude your mind. Listen to MR. Gadla Mpuhla relaying the incidence.

EP. 59 Gadla Mpuhla Don't Lie Like A Politician

Let’s see if this topic can assist trigger your brain waves to alter your old unwanted ways of thinking into learning how to act on your positive instincts. Do something right for the first time for your country and alter the cause of history in the hands of the failing ANC. We can conform to complacency and become redundant as a people or we can begin to challenge convention to go against the grain and save the country from calamity and junk status – or let it R.I.P. This means we become a replica of Zimbabwe or those ailing African States that are facing similar challenges of leadership malnutrition or visual impairment to read the future and save themselves from their own self-engineered demise.

Are we a country that is decapitated and disillusioned by the ANC loose morality and ethical human values in the latest saga of Gupta-Gate unfolding scandal? Someone must take the role of messiah to remedy our country’s predicament! Pardon me for exercising my freedom of speech so unorthodox.

I honestly apologize from the bottom on my heart in advance if anyone feels personally offended by my humble opinion and poetic justice in presenting this article to raise my concerns.  Please don’t hold any personal grudge against me. I am human and fallible and very much capable of making mistakes like any other person. I’m just an ordinary tax-paying citizen with a conscience to find the ultimate resolve.

If dark-forces of evil take-over my simple God-given hard-earned freedoms and choices, I’m bound to react emotional and be unreasonable if no solutions are forth coming on how I can help make a difference to a nasty situation. This will prompt me to talk about it at first. If all else fails I will write about it without complaining too much to make an ass hole of myself.    However, the least I could do is post nasty racial insinuations on social media or stoop that low to prove I’m alive and possess a social conscience. I’m afraid this will not be the right approach to address serious issues of national concern to find an amicable solution. Get more Info HERE!

EP.58 State Capture is High Treason To The Constitution

EP.58 State Capture is High Treason To The Constitution

Most people are as free as their minds can detain them or as imprisoned as their spirit can disallow them to contain it. If every man was born with wings on his mind to fly! How come few are willing to pay the price to take off to the skies? After all thinking is free. If that is the case -flying should be a liberating and an exhilarating experience, when left in the hands of the owner of that mind. Otherwise everyone would easily accomplish and fulfill their personal goals to reach their destiny without sacrificing their power to allow someone else to drive their goals or ambitions for them.

Today black people in South frica claim to be free but, most of them live in poverty and strife, unemployed and in dire straits. South Africa’s education system is designed to produce educated slaves, who have been deprived the ability to turn their talents into creative and thriving enterprises that have nothing to do with Government Tenders.

Are we free because we have wings and can fly? Or our minds are controlled by someone else other than ourselves? Perhaps we are not aware of the power of our capabilities. Because someone else is doing the thinking for us i.e. politicians? Maybe our mind is just another gray matter that was placed there by accident in our heads to decorate our physiology and psych, to look intelligent and sophisticated in the eyes of the world.

Today the country is called democratic because black people have a vote. Is our vote worthy of anything to the people we’ve placed in power to acknowledge that we are happy and are living our dream of Shangri-la?

EP.57 Grandma Gadla Mpuhla Biology Respiration Classes

EP.57 Grandma Gadla Mpuhla Biology Respiration Classes

Grandma Gadla Mpuhla is a very intelligent granny who spends time help the little kids do their home work after school. She is one of the pillars of Tumelo Squatter camp in Soweto. She is a strong support of the community especially the young little children of the community. Here grandma Gadla Mpuhla teaches children biology and her insight and knowledge of the subject is truly amazing for the person her age. She brings hope and wisdom to the children of Tumelo squatter camp.

It is not surprising that grandparents are now taking over education, because the schooling system in South Africa is not only poor, but fails to meet the needs of the community. The reason for poor performance in these schools is over-crowding in classes and too many resources being exploited by foreigners who also qualify for free South African education system.

EP.56 Mkhulu Gadla Mpuhla About Fallacy of Political Madness

EP.56 Mkhulu Gadla Mpuhla About Fallacy of Political Madness

Tumelo Community in Soweto is very unhappy with the manner in which the ANC is managing the Affairs of the country and how corruption has affected both employment and the economy. This is how grandpa Gadla Mpuhla and the community of elders feel about the situation. Grandpa Gadla Mpuhla writes a letter to a local community newspaper to voice his grievances and the need for people to express their discontent about poor leadership and governance by the ruling party of ANC.

"I write this message to empower all South Africans. To reflect on the tough-times ahead and to resist the temptation of keeping silent when our country is lead by evil. Everything about S.A. is in disarray. It is flouted by bad leaders who inflict pain in the innocence of South Africa’s democratic values.   It is through hard introspection that toyi-toying and street blockade as an option to voice genuine grievances for poor leadership maladjustment and aversion for truth has become less effective and a useless outdated tool to forge a new path to our rightful liberties.

Our humanity has been trampled upon by those who have misused their power to control us negatively in corrupt ways while amass The State Coffers and fortunes at the expense of taxpayers".

How can a country like S.A. which boasts brilliant business and legal minds, IT systems, innovative entrepreneurial solutions, creative arts, successful excellent academics, outstanding institutions of learning and leadership! Excellent political brain power, and outstanding journalistic prowess and magnitude be tricked, misled and controlled by an imbecile and a family of obscured foreign nationals?

EP.55 Mkhulu Gadla Mpuhla Political Trust Lost In Politics of South Africa

EP.55 Mkhulu Gadla Mpuhla Political Trust Lost In Politics of South Africa

People in South Africa have lost trust with the current political party of the ANC i.e. African National Congress and the community of Tumelo Squatter camp expresses their discontent and dissatisfaction on poor services delivery and corruption of the ANC. This opinion is expressed by both grandpa Gadla Mpuhla and his community. These are political sentiments echoed by this poor community that has never enjoyed any benefits of services delivery since 1994. There are no houses built, no street and toilets even a school. Children have to walk a kilometer to the nearest township to find a school.

"If Parliament and politicians fail to honor their duties we the citizens have the right to fire them and employ effective alternative competent servants to deliver our mandate. My impression is that South Africans never question the integrity of politicians – it’s a case of “reshuffle the cabinet” “loot and amass and to screw the public”. As long as this charade continues, taxpayers and innocent citizens will become victims of circumstances.

Citizens have the obligation to bring government to account or change the ruling party via an effective incorruptible new voting system. Worst case scenarios let each community in every province raise funds to register its own political party. I personally don’t care how many parties we can have in parliament as long as they can oust the current ruling majority, and begin to deliver services to us.

It should be borne in the mind of every citizen to know that government does not know how to manufacture wealth or create jobs on their own accord. They absorb resources from private business. Where would they collect taxes from if there were no businesses, corporations, and a working class of loyal individuals who pay tax?" This is how each one of these people in the community feels.

EP.54 Mkhulu Gadla Mpuhla Explains Credo

EP.54 Mkhulu Gadla Mpuhla Explains Credo

In a Black community of Tumelo near Soweto is a man called "Gadla Mpuhla" he is an elderly political activist and veteran of the political struggle in South Africa during the times of Apartheid. This man is the only pillar and conscience of a society that remains since the demise of Apartheid. He brings light and hope to his people to shine as a beacon from desperation and uncaring current political strife in the country he fought to liberate.

He has friends and family that enjoy his company by surrounding him and asking questions; every time there is a confusion about things that bother the community. He volunteers to teach children in the neighborhood religious, mathematics classes and extra mural lessons in a poor dilapidated squatter camp of the township people.

EP 52 Introduction To Causes Of Poor Perception Part 4

EP 52 Introduction To Causes Of Poor Perception Part 4

Remember, the only one who can make you excel is you and no one else.  The same goes for self esteem.  The only person who can build up—or consequentially tear down—your self esteem is you.  Although other individuals may aide the process, the end decision is yours.

Often, individuals in a abusive relationship have their self esteem shattered when a supposed loved one constantly berates them and questions their worth.  Similarly, a negative workplace environment can lower your self esteem with colleagues or bosses finding fault with your work.  Maybe you have a friend who is consistently negative with all surrounding him or her.

Additionally, you may wish to seek professional help in your quest to boost your self esteem.   Often, speaking with a qualified individual can help you determine the root of your problem and the necessary path you should take for the rebuilding process.  Perhaps your problems dates back to childhood, or maybe it has recently developed.  Whatever the case, a professional will be able to best determine your next step.

A main factor in self esteem is negativity.  Negative thoughts can pervade your confidence and crumble your self esteem.  If you find yourself surrounded by negative people or in a negative situation, try to best remedy the problem.

EP.51 Introduction To Causes Of Poor Perception Part 3

EP.51 Introduction To Causes Of Poor Perception Part 3

Think of self esteem like a house, if you build a stunning house on a poor foundation, the entire structure will crumble.  However, if you take steps to ensure the foundation is strong and capable of holding anything, the process may be slow, but your self esteem will be built soundly. Many individuals look for help for their low self esteem in books or seminars. Self esteem is your own personal view of yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Everyone has a different view of themselves, but keeping a positive outlook will benefit you more than a negative one.  Many individuals suffer from low self esteem for a variety of reasons and need to build their self esteem in order to succeed in life.  Remember, the only one who can make you excel is you and no one else.  The same goes for self esteem.  The only person who can build up—or consequentially tear down—your self esteem is you.

People have low esteem for a variety of reasons.  Some individuals suffer from poor body image and focus on all the negative traits of their physical appearance.  Although other individuals may aide the process, the end decision is yours. Others have emotional issues that have caused their self esteem to drop or feel themselves unworthy of any praise.  For whatever reasons your self esteem may falter, the key to building it up again is to find the root of the problem.

EP.50 SA Music Scene vs Overseas Opportunities Part 2

EP.50 SA Music Scene vs Overseas Opportunities Part 2

Gallo records reports that IBOKWE, Thandiswa Mazwai’s second album, has passed the 20 000 sales mark, attaining Gold status for South Africa. Courtesy http://www.music.org.za/News.asp

I would feel envious and jealous to the success of Thandiswa Mazwai for this record-breaking achievement, If you were in my shoes you would probably feel the same way too. The fact of the matter is that she might be struggling to pay certain bill or for her townhouse or maybe keeping up with her overdraft who knows. I can be totally wrong and forgiven for thinking this way.

Newspaper headlines read “Musicians and singers, who are living in KwaZulu-Natal, will no longer have to travel to Johannesburg to record their music, thanks to the opening of a R15 million recording studio in the province”. The multi-million rand facility, called KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) Music House, with top-of-the-range facilities, was opened by provincial MEC for Finance Ina Cronje, on Friday. The studio material at the KZN Music House in Greyville, Durban, competes with M1 studios in Auckland Park, Jozi.

As if, these musicians will conquer the world and the world charts from this day onward to live life of bling-bling to the fullest. A warning alarm I resonated almost 28 years ago with resentment and discomfort to sign any record deal where details are blurred and unclear and copyright ownership is not recognized. My musician colleagues and friends, who wanted the glamor and glory of instant fame and stardom, signed without blinking and failed to heed my warning call.

I was right and they were wrong this time and disappointed because my vision was too optimistic and far-fetched to comprehend. They signed their lives over to a record deal company that they later on regretted. 30 year later, I am still in the business of making music and trying to lay a foundation of my own independent international label a road I would encourage every aspiring SA musician to patiently embark on if they’re serious with a long lasting career in music.

Nine (9) out of 10 so called current South African legends and music super star face a bleak future ahead of their retirement, than we can afford to give them credit for their fame and super star status. Why? two reasons come to my mind. The local South African culture and music consumer does not respect the law and the use of local musician’s intellectual property nor do they comprehend the value of musical talent, creative input let alone the financial investment that goes into producing a successful artist or record.

Simply put, it is because the South African copyright law has too many flaws to protect these musicians into a successful retirement of their careers in music. SAMRO is supposedly the big deal for most local artist, as if it is the be all and end all of the road to riches in music, thus complacency has set precedence with musicians over issues dealing with copyright laws besides royalty payments or piracy of their music by local consumers and organized crime.

EP.49 Introduction to causes of poor perception Part1

EP.49 Introduction to causes of poor perception Part1

It's amazing how our upbring and the company we keep when we grow affects our perception and attitude towards life. More scary, is the thought of how one loses their self-confidence and their ability to be strong to explore the adventures of life's exciting playground of "feeling-good" and great to conquer the world. We get bombarded with so much negative programming from early childhood and by the time we move up the stage of juvenile to adulthood, - it becomes very difficult to change.

Most of this negative programming emerges from family, when told things like "don't play with your food - you'll go to hell". "Don't break the mirror you'll have 7 years of bad luck. Friend also play a part in influencing our thinking and the way we should act and respond to situations when growing up. We get influenced by peer pressure to start smoking and drinking as youth, because we want to blend in and be part of a group to belong to in order to fit in.

The schooling system adds, yet another layer of information more to this insult of "what things you can and can't do" and so forth. TV and newspapers that we read go a long way into making us what we become when we are grown-ups. Until one cannot figure out  how it happened when we are burdened by life's obstacles. It's almost too late when life and its challenge over powers us and one can't breathe that we try to shout for Help to get out of a rut.

This Podcast is part.1 of season 3 which explores some of the possibilities and ways anyone can "reprogramme" themselves from all kinds of negative indoctrination which created our "Poor Self-Esteem" in the first place.

EP.48 Group Thinking Is A Cause for Poor Leadership Part 3

EP.48 Group Thinking Is A Cause for Poor Leadership Part 3

Communication is the foundation of problem solving. With technology we can do things faster and efficient. I need more people to come forward and contribute to this new force of life i.e. "follow" me and add their voices to our economic struggle. To inject a new sense of direction, it is pointless for us to watch and see things deteriorate and we do nothing about it. I do not expect you to like want I say nor appreciate what I'm trying to do. I have very limited resources, but utilize my own creative ways to learn to communicate my ideas. Excuses do not make a man - only commitment changes our perspective and thoughts about life.

My point is if we keep complaining about the Government - we are not helping them find alternatives or offer solution to make them realize our challenges. By doing something about it you might be a solution everyone is looking for. So do something positive to help change our circumferences. Be proactive instead of become reactive and condemn them without offering other means to solve problems our society is faced with today.

In the era of Apartheid we stood up and belonged to some community or political organization in one form or another and our contribution in the struggle to fight for our freedom was not the ANC's personal battle as a stand-alone political organization. There were both inside and outside forces who contributed to our freedom. Individuals like me were instrumental and hands-on to serve time and purpose to this effect and went to jail in solitary confinement. It was this commitment and act of passion for what we believed in to get involved in the struggle against Apartheid and its injustices that made us all free today. Read this article here there are brothers who are not being recognized for their contribution to the struggle yet they made a big difference to this country.

Poets! Artists and Musician like Lefifi Tladi etc. HERE:

Why should it be different today? Together we can change people's mind by allowing them to create things using their minds to express a thought rather than perpetuate chaos through looting, xenophobia or burning tires and killing foreigners - There is more we can do with our creative talents in art, music, poetry, rap, writing and publishing articles which can later on be part of our future education system. We need to be leaders and carve a path for change and prosperity for all. Keep listening and please share on Facebook, Twitter and WhatsApp.

EP.46 PEP Talk Creative Solutions Engagement

EP.46 PEP Talk Creative Solutions Engagement

Solution No.46 is a small talk of the millennium. Join me share with you other alternative ways to help you to grow and to reach your full potential. South Africa is not the same anymore and our people have lost faith and confidence in the ANC government. We need a new breed of leadership and community initiatives to inspire a new revolution of free thinkers to liberate our people from “group mentality and control". Individuals who can write, sing, rap and recite poetry of discontent to voice their opinion and point of view using alternative media platforms.

Current radio stations and talk shows both private and the public broadcasters do not have enough space to accommodate everyone. Therefore, we need to stand up and represent our own ideals, be it in education, job creation, churches or religious groups or entrepreneurship we need to stand up and take responsibility for the future we want to see happen.

The time is not tomorrow, but now. Use your talent to make the country a better place for those who live in it. If God should want to bless South Africa and all people who live in it – It should be for the right reasons and not selfish motives of corrupt government officials who have destroyed our hopes and dreams.

Current radio stations and talk shows both private and the public broadcasters do not have enough space to accommodate everyone. Therefore, we need to stand up and represent our own ideals, be it in education, technology, job creation, churches or religious groups. We need entrepreneurs to stand up and take responsibility for the future they want to see happen. The time is not tomorrow, but now. We must use our talents and channel our energies to make the country a better place for those who live in it. If God should bless South Africa and all people who live in it -it should for the right reason and not selfish motives perpetrated by people in government and corrupt officials.

EP.45 WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO GIVE YOUR ALL

EP.45 WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO GIVE YOUR ALL

Sometimes, when all our doubts, fears and insecurities wrap ourselves up, we always come up with the idea of “I wish I was somebody else.” This is not a good sign of confidence and it means your “self-awareness” is question itself. More often than not, we think and believe that someone or rather, most people are better than us.- when in reality, the fact is, most people are more scared than us we just don’t know it.

Isn't it funny? We look at other people, envy them for looking so outrageously perfect and wish we could trade places with them, while they look at us and thinks of the same thing. We are insecure of other people who themselves are insecure of us. We suffer from low self-esteem, lack of self-confidence and lose hope in self-improvement because we are enveloped in quiet desperation.

For as long as you don’t feel good about yourself you will display a poor vision about your capabilities and talents. Your work will not look good to your associates. Your outlook in life and and performance will be compromised; and the end results will very poor in quality and unimpressive. Yet! When you give your all, you display confidence and everything you do will gradually become good if not exceptional.

EP.44 Show Your Readiness To Lead By Example

Life is a canvas where individuals can draw the landscape of their dreams and visions to a beautiful Kaleidoscope of their own grand designs. You have to “BE” alive to remain in control of your destiny. Rain or Shine! This is the order of creation and how it was meant to operate. Love it and you can dance with the wolves to prove you’re human – then you become adventurous to explore life’s limitless possibilities.

Hate it and you will die and dissolve slowly like ice melting from the heat of the Sun, to stifle and destroy your potential to go beyond your true capabilities.

Live your life around the laws of Nature or oppose it and you deny yourself simple blessings to see dilemma as an opportunity.

You are the captain who has the power to steer your ship in the direction you choose to go. You can bring love and life “together” into your fold if you so wish or you can climb a mountain and dance your way to happiness to conquer your fears.

However, Ways You Look At Your Daily Challenges And Situations In Life.

There Is Always A Solution.
