It Matters.
By Yvette Dubel
Each episode features a guest chat about stepping up into who we really want to be to move closer to the better life and better world we want. Learn how guests found the courage to see challenging truths about themselves and then did something about it. Together we learn what it takes to "be the change" more of the time...and we explore the way that reality works and feels.

Let's Talk About What To Do When You Don't Know What To Do
In our first episode of 2022, Ana Peres Bogo joins me (Yvette Dubel) to look at how we will kickoff our work for MLK's 40 Days's of Peace. As the guiding light for our work, we talk about what it takes to keep moving forward with this podcast. We chat about dealing with emotional overwhelm. We share personal strategies for self-care and moving forward without losing hope. Most importantly we invite you to join us in this quest to find harmony between the personal and public actions that advance our better world. Listen to learn more about how the We The World Freedom Campaign is working to create community self-help resources and events to activate our inquiry to understand Transformative Advocacy/Activism.

Chat with Richard Kiers
His heart felt and thought provoking reflections and insights on stepping into the fear to move beyond it to explore personal freedom.
Richard shared his compelling story of a childhood in the cult in his brand new book, SWINDLED BY FAITH. He is a survivor of a mind controlling cult referred to as "The Move", founded by Sam Fife, in the 1960's, this repressive cult grew to hold approximately 44,000 members at its peak.
Listen as Richard and I talk about how his choice impacted his closest relationships. He shares a bit of what he's learned and how he has found peace. We also learn about his passion to help other families struggling with similar issues.
Released in mid May, the book is available on Amazon at www.amazon.com/Swindled-Faith-Reconciliation-Richard-Kiers/dp/0228815088

Chat with Michelle Parrotta
One of the things I love most about hosting these chats is the range of perspectives guests bring on freedom and personal innovation.
Hamilton based Michelle Parrotta, known as "Mimi Cannabis," also the name of her senior focused cannabis accessories brand, has been making quite an impact leading a new generation of entrepreneurs in a new industry geared up to make social responsibility part of standard business practices - and having a ton of fun doing it. At a time when many her age are thinking of retiring, after a lifetime in the hospitality industry, she has jumped with both feet into the emerging world of legal cannabis - and hasn't looked back since!
