Can you be hypnotized?
“You can discover a different mode of the mind and you can use it for building yourself, stepping back into your power, it’s a wonderful adventure. We have adventures outside, we travel around the world, but also there are infinite worlds inside us. We have the possibility to connect with infinite universe, multiverse, different dimensions by going inside”
Alex Martin Bee is on the show today: Certified hypnotherapist, pranic healer, life coach, mindfulness and meditation teacher.
His life purpose and passion are to help others learn about their soul journey, and the truth of who they really are and why they chose to incarnate, especially at this special time in our history. Before interviewing Alex, I have been hypnotized myself following his guidance, undergoing past life regression and uncovering different issues of my life. I am really excited about having him on the show and talking to him about hypnosis, brain waves and past lives regression. Have you ever wondered if you could be hypnotized? Don’t miss the episode to learn more about it!

How can writing help you navigate life?
“Imagine if trees wore concealer
cause they don’t like their reflection in the lake
If the sun didn’t show up at dawn
insecure to rise after scrolling her night awake
Imagine if the sky used the Juno filter
to make itself look paler and smooth out imperfections (...)”
Valentina Quarta, “a scientist trapped in a poet’s heart”, is on the show today.
Valentina is passionate about science and poetry. She combines modern science with ancient wisdom in stories and poems to inspire us to become the “architects of our minds”. She shares her poetry with the aim to tickle the child at the bottom of our eyes, motivate us through hard times, and re-ignite our passion for the only moment we have, the present. She is also the author of the poetry book “The Purpose Ladder”.
Today we are gonna talk today about the art of poetry, the relationship between sound and poetry and how we can use writing to help us navigate life.

How to listen to your inner voice?
Have you ever tried to force something in your life to happen? You try and try to make it work, but somehow it doesn’t. How often when doing this, does a little voice inside you speak up and say ‘this doesn’t feel right, you are on the wrong path’?
We are so disconnected from ourselves, that we forget that our bodies often know what it is that they need, and all we need to do is stop interfering with this process.
Timi is on the show today: spiritual business mentor, authentic marketing expert and changemaker on a mission to help humanity evolve. She is the founder of Connect One Marketing. Her mission is to empower like-minded souls to have a fulfilling journey, by helping our fellow humans to set up business that are 100% aligned with their soul and life purpose.

Can a deaf person listen to music?
“I can't imagine a life without music [...] it's beautiful because it's like in my head I've got my own iPad and the screen never cracks and the battery never runs down. I've got this soundtrack going on the whole time and no one's aware of it apart from me, but I love it. [...] I can always find something to listen to that matches my mood, that matches what's going on. So I'll take that, it's something that most of the people don't have.”
Today’s guests are Nick Palfrey and his sign language interpreter Davide Erbogasto. Nick is deaf and we will talk about how deaf people experience music. He’s going to share with us how he appreciates music as a deaf person, which may be different but also beautiful, and show us how music is universal, however you feel it.
