Colin Peterik - Chicago Grit
The magnetic musician, singer, songwriter and producer Colin Peterik has that Chicago grit. His voice embodies The Windy City – tough but diverse in harmony. He’s bluesy at times and other in other moments he’s flexing his rock muscles. He’s not set in the past but you know he’s been ingesting rock and roll, jazz, blues and psychedelic rock since childhood. You might say he’s been destined to continue a musical legacy or at the very least be a conduit to the multitude of sounds and experiences from this Midwestern Beacon. Colin Peterik, the son of legendary songwriter, Jim Peterik, the founder of The Ides of March (“Vehicle”) and Survivor (“Eye of the Tiger”), has his own song arsenal. Stryker from "THE F1RST ANNUAL"
THE F1RST ANNUAL formed around the end of 2018. The members all met in college at Middle Tennessee State University, and after graduation, began writing, recording, and performing the Pop/Rock music you hear today. Due to Stryker’s inherent southern drawl, the band’s genre is sometimes jokingly referred to as “Southern Hard Pop”. They draw a lot of their influence from current artists in the pop/rock community, and mix in a little 80s rock and early 2000s pop/punk. The goal of TFA is to provide both an escape, and a sense of community to anyone struggling to make lemonade out of all life’s lemons. Follow Stryker on Instagram @stryker_music and @thef1rstannual. Jon Worthy - When Nirvana Meets The Lumineers
Jon Worthy is a grinder with a true unadulterated energy and passion for music and performing. Worthy’s sound can best be described as if Nirvana had a baby with The Lumineers. Jon played 121 shows in 2019 including a handful of festivals such as Musikfest. In 2020 with the pandemic, Jon switched pivoted to recording/production where he set up a recording studio at his house and began releasing self produced music like songs such as She’s Alright, Remember When, and I’ll Be Ok. Worthy has worked with several prominent names including Lincoln Parish (Cage the Elephant), Andrija Tokic (Alabama Shakes), and Arlie. In 2018, Parish produced Worthy’s album Only A Dream. Parish also played guitar on several of the tracks. 2019 saw Jon release his third full length album called Something's Gotta Give. This album veered towards more of an indie americana folk sound than prior releases. The album has amassed over 250K streams and radio play across the country.
Jon has had placements from several of these tracks with Major League Baseball commercials, an indie film slated for a 2021 release, and a commercial by international real estate giant Savills. Jon is slated to release a trove of new music/music videos in 2021. For these songs Worthy worked with producers of Arlie and Kid Freud on new tracks and the songs will have a wide ranging sound from indie folk to indie pop to alternative rock n roll! Jon is also busy with side projects including KJ Wild featuring Nashville artist/songwriter Kiki Halliday and fronting alternative rock band St Dorian. All of Jon’s music is from the heart and written with passion and desperation. Find Jon at https://jonworthythebends.com, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fINJYGbfzAA and on Instagram @JonWorthyMusic. Layken Urie
Layken Urie is a singer/songwriter born and raised in Oklahoma City. By the age of four, Layken began performing at pageants, state fairs, festivals, opry’s, karaoke bars, and open mics. Carrying an affidavit in her pocket, playing anywhere she could get her hands on a microphone. At eighteen, Layken attended the Academy of Contemporary Music at the University of Central Oklahoma where she furthered her education in music.
At twenty-one she found home in the corners of dusty dive bars in Oklahoma. Performing not only locally, but at venues such as Ole Red in Tishomingo, Brick House Saloon in Shawnee, and Buckin’ Wild Music Fest in Elk City. Layken found her way all across the state and beyond. She’s even had the opportunity to open for the late Joe Diffie and Stoney LaRue in Hardtner Kansas.
A thrilling time in her life when weekends were spent in the dim lights of smoky bars, and people gathered to hear their favorite songs. Where she released her first EP, and where she played with talented musicians who became family, and had the opportunity to perform and write as her most authentic self.
She credits her success at home to the enormous amount of support she felt from friends and family. Whether she’s known them her whole life, or met them along the journey, she took joy and pride in filling favorite local spots with Oklahoma’s best Country Music fans.
Now at twenty-four Layken calls Nashville Tennessee home. She writes with truth, and sings with soul. She brings a classic western glam and grit like no other. She believes Country Music is for anyone and everyone and hopes she can inspire people to lead with kindness and love.

Songs for My Next Ex - Charlotte Morris
Growing up outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Charlotte Morris discovered her passion for music at a young age. After starting violin lessons at the age of four, Charlotte taught herself how to play the guitar, piano (and melodica), ukulele, banjo, acoustic bass guitar and mandolin, and began taking her songwriting seriously by the age of twelve. Describing her unique style as genuine, raw and emotional music with a purpose, Charlotte takes inspiration from female story-telling artists like Delta Rae, Brandi Carlile, Sara Bareilles, and The Chicks.
In January of 2018, Charlotte joined Lonesome Traveler – a concert tour where the cast performed the history of folk music, starting with Woody Guthrie and ending with songs by the likes of Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell and Joan Baez. Charlotte released her debut EP “To New York, with Love” in June 2018, which received positive recognition from newspapers, music blogs and playlists worldwide. Since then, she has released a number of singles, including two “quarantunes” about the Covid-19 global pandemic, as well as a five-song EP (produced by Nashville-based Mitch Dane) entitled “Sputnik.” In the spring of 2019, Charlotte embarked on her first fully-acoustic tour, performing in over fifteen different cities across the United States, including Nashville, Austin and New York City. Charlotte released her first full-length album, “Songs For My Next Ex,” in December of 2020. The eight-part “story album” takes the listener through the highs and lows of a tumultuous, yet transformative, relationship. The album received rave reviews from both national and international press. She also recently made her Off-Broadway debut at the Cherry Lane Theatre in (The Making of) How to Save the World in 90 Minutes.
Charlotte majored in Theatre, with minors in Musical Theatre, Business and Marketing at Northwestern University. When the nomadic singer/songwriter is not writing or releasing music, she is an actor, personal trainer and avid crossword puzzle solver. Follow Charlotte on Instagram @Charmor17. Nashville's Own with Ian Bennett
Award winning guitarist, sideman, songwriter, is not exactly how Ian Bennett would like to describe himself in normal conversation, yet here we are. So who is he? Ian is from Waverly, TN where he was raised by a hardworking single mother of 3, and his grandparents picking up where they could. As long as he lived there was always music around, whether it be his grandfather, who toured in the USO show, singing country and bluegrass on the back porch, his grandmother giving him BB King cassettes, or his mother singing southern gospel in church, music was always happening around him. At twelve years old, Ian began to learn guitar, and after the passing of his best friend and mentor, his grandfather, a fire was lit underneath him that couldn’t be doused.
Almost twenty years later, Ian now resides in Nashville, TN, with his wife Whitney, working full time in the Broadway Honkytonks where so many others have gotten their start. And while country music may be paying the bills, the blues is where his passion lies. Ian dreams of one day being a Nashville staple in the blues community. A Printers Alley version of Don Kelly, who was a landmark of Robert’s Western World on Broadway for over thirty years until his retirement in 2020.
Ian is currently writing his second EP, and hopes to see it released by Spring 2022. Follow him on Instagram and Tiktok @ianbennettguitar. Follow us on instagram @ivegotasongforthat and @laurenandersonmusic.*
