I used to have such a negative relationship with social media, I hated going on it and I hated how it made me feel. Since being older I feel i've developed a much more positive outlook on social media which I want to improve on because it can be a toxic place. Anxiety can become a third person in a relationship. Post-Uni Depression
Hello, welcome! This is the first episode of The Lost Gal Podcast. I recently graduated and I'm feeling so lost in the world, I don't know what to do with my life, am I utilising my degree? am I a failure? HELP! I wanted to talk about these things in my life in hope someone can relate and I bring a sense of comfort in their lives because we all know when someone else is experiences the same pain as you, it's good, it's comforting.
