Missing Out on Being a Teenager (Solo EP)
To mark the finale of season 4 and my 24th episode I'm going solo for the very first time! I've been podcasting for almost 3 years now, and I've never recorded a solo episode before. I adore interviewing guests and hearing their inspiring stories, it's the main reason why I started A Slice of Life in March 2019. However, 2021 for me has been a transformative year for so many reasons. This year, I've been pushed to my edge, grown, healed, struggled, and pretty much everything in between. The one thing that I'm beyond grateful for is my therapy, and the way it's helped me navigate this year. During this special episode I speak about my teenage years, and how I missed out on that time, and the experiences I didn't have. Thank you for listening to this season, I will be back for season 5 in 2022!

During the episode Lorna shares her unique journey on how she discovered reiki, and how in many ways, it saved her. Jack shares his own experiences of recieving healing, and the plans he has to continue his training in 2021 and beyond.
