How Often Do You Make Time For You?
How often do we just move through the motions of life without really taking time? We are all guilty of running ourselves ragged at one time or another.
Usually ignoring the telltale signs that our bodies give us to let us know that we are pushing too hard. In this latest episode, Tina and I discuss the effects of this constant push on our bodies, minds, and overall health.
I also discuss a way that helps me recognize when I am pushing too hard and how to decide if I need to slow down. To further expand on that idea, I have created this awesome decision-making matrix to help you work through the decision-making process easier.
It is called Finding Solutions Through Effective Problem Solving. I highly recommend you grab a copy and put it to use in your everyday life. It is based on methods that we have used in our own day-to-day living.
There is also a cool bonus tool with this resource to help you even further.
Do You Know Your True Worth?
Everyone has their own sense of worth. However, how many of us actually understand what that worth is? If we constantly allow others to devalue us, and continue to not notice, what does that say about our own sense of self-worth? Often it is our environments that help shape and develop our self-worth. It is often thought that it is written in stone, but the exact opposite is the truth.
We have the ability to directly affect our self-worth, with our actions, our relationships, and our beliefs. Join Tina and I as we dive into understanding how valuable one actually is, and how to understand it better.

Positive Surroundings Are Important
So there we were, living life, going through the motions without a clue how our lives were being affected. That is until like the Clampetts we packed up and headed west, just not to the Hills of Beverly. We went to the Canadian Prairies and started a new life. The interesting part was how free and light we felt.
What was the difference that changed us? It was the energy of our new surroundings, and the releasing of the old energy we were part of for so long. Join T 'N' I as we discuss the importance of maintaining your personal space and energy. Listen as we dive into why it is important to keep positive surroundings and learn ways to control them.

Chase Goals, Not Dreams
How many times have you lost sight of your goals, because they fell by the wayside of everyday life? It is something we see quite often and leaves people feeling deflated and upset with the reality they face. It can leave one feeling full of regret and disappointment. However, in this episode, we offer up a different perspective on this topic.
Join us as we discuss real-life situations that went from dreams to goals, and how they best suited the situation we were in at that time in our life. Are You The Train or The Engineer?
I have a question: As you go through life, are you the engineer driving the train, or are you just going through life as the train? When you're riding down this track of life it's important to know the difference and understand that it can be changed. By making the right choices, and getting a clear understanding of how to drive the train you can switch the direction of the train.
The track may seem like it only goes one direction, however, the train can travel in both directions and transfer at different junctions. You don't have to just hang on for the ride, especially if you're not enjoying it. Join us this week as we talk about taking control of the train, and switching from being driven to doing the driving.
Not taking control of your life, can have so many negative and detrimental side effects over time. It will also cause regret when you get older and start reflecting back on your life. We don't want that to be your story. So go ahead, and join us while we talk about how we took control and became the engineer of our own trains.
Learn how we now make choices that allow us to be regret-free - most of the time... Then go ahead and click the link to get this free Regret Free Life Checksheet that we have put together for you. It is a great tool for turning regret into actionable steps to help you avoid the disappointment of regret. Now, go ahead and find your comfy spot...
