Rita is with us again and will take the lead since she's the only one currently home schooling middle school and elementary aged kids. How she doing? We've missed you and are so glad to be back with a message about self validation. On this journey we want to be able to celebrate, encourage, validate and put ourselves on the back. We also start with a great tribute to the late Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. What a powerhouse. We are better for having had her in our space. Thank you RGB!

Join us as we share the things on our Happy List. We even rediscovered old passions. This was a great journey that reminded us that happiness is. extremely attainable if you allow yourself to be on the lookout for those things (big and small) that bring you joy.

If you want to have great self care clap your hands, (clap clap!). Yes you should have sang that to the tune Happy and You Know It and yes, you should have both hands up! This will be a week dedicated to mind, body and soul! I found a wonderful video on YouTube that I'd like you to view (it's only 5 mins, no excuses). It will put you on a journey to understand why great self care is a must in order to pursue any other goal.
