The Aspiration Prayer of Sukhavati
This aspiration prayer to be reborn in Sukhavati was translated and offered by Garchen Rinpoche's translation group. It's a powerful prayer to purify negative karma, increase merit (positive Karma), increase the likelihood that you will be born in a positive realm. It's also a prayer I've recited when loved one's died or are dying. Here is a link to my blog which has a link to download the prayer in PDF.
There is No Anchor
Most of us REALLY like to try to control life. We like to try to control people, places, things, outcomes, and ironically this need to control leads to a great deal of suffering, anxiety, and general discontent. Why? Because the world is completely impermanent, therefore, we have zero control over all of the external events. The best thing we can do if we wish to attain peace, happiness, and freedom from anxiety, is to let go and rest into acceptance. If we can also cultivate strong mindfulness and awareness of all objects arising within our minds, we can generate a significant amount of peace.

3 Year Olds Driving Corvettes - A Teaching about the nature of the mind
In this podcast I provide an explanation of the Buddhist outlook on the nature of mind and the nature of thoughts & emotions. By understanding the nature of the mind, and the tactics for letting go of our thoughts, we can become liberated and free to enjoy our life without taking things so seriously. If we truly pursue this knowledge, we can completely transform our lives. Anxiety, stress, and discontent can become a thing of the past for those courageous people who take up these practices. ❤️

Guided Relaxation Meditation
The world is on fire right now. Burning with fear, hostility, anger, sadness, frustration, anxiety, stress, tension, violence, war, poverty and pandemics. It's so critical that those spiritual beings must share their knowledge and wisdom with everyone else. Today, I launch my podcast, and the first episode provides a guided meditation session. I've been studying and practicing Buddhist meditation for about 10 years. When I found Buddhism I was completely burnt out after a serious corporate burnout lasting about a decade. When I found meditation, I instantly noticed an immediate and tangible reduction in my anxiety and stress levels. I felt like meditation was a wonder drug.
This meditation mainly focuses on calming and relaxation, and there are som very practical tips I wish someone would have told me in the beginning. HINT- I learned a lot of this the hard way 😂. Sending my love to you all. If I can help anyone, please let me know.
