JourneyDance with Jeanine... a walking immersion
Podcast this week is a walk through the woods. I'm trying something, different. Describing the trails near my parents house.  So many places to hike, to explore... I never did as a child. Our family was, and still is, an "inside" family. My parents both worked hard to get a home and keep a family, so leisure time was spent...relaxing.  I always wanted to be outside but a fear of the outside world was instilled in me at a young age.  But now... I love to go for walks to clear my mind.  Sometimes, I'll listen to a podcast or sometimes I'll just listen to the outside world. It's all good my friends. So here is my first...narrated soundscape...please share with anyone who can't go outside right now. If you'd like to see images of my journey, please follow me on IG

Embodiment- Harness the power of intuition to connect, to you.
Embodiment literally means an expression of something in a tangible or visible form. In JourneyDance, Embodiment is the ability to harness the power of intuition, to connect to our physical bodies from the inside out through dance.  Now is the time to use all of our tools to practice mindfulness in stressful times.  A daily personal moving meditation practice grounded in embodiment, can help you to be the source of calm in a sea of chaos. This week's JourneyDance is all about...Embodiment!  Let go and enjoy the JourneyDance flow!!! Resilience is Built On the Dance Floor- interview with JourneyDance founder Toni Bergins
Yoga and Dance spaces and retreats, should feel welcoming and inclusive.  Yet it’s unsettling how easily these spaces conform to insider/outsider energies that further divide us.   In JourneyDance with Jeanine's podcast premiere, Jeanine has a candid conversation with JourneyDance Creator, Toni Bergins on the lessons of being an outsider, and how JourneyDance creates a judgment free dance floor allowing the freedom to express, celebrate and grow grit and the resilience we need...to connect to our natural state...Joy.  We end the podcast with a special Sacral Chakra JourneyDance led by Toni.  If you love what you hear please rate, follow us and share with everyone who needs a little joy infusion into their day.   Please support us on Patreon so we can bring you more uplifting podcasts.  You can find us at www.patreon.com/visableblackwoman.  In exchange for your patronage, you'll receive affordable online health coaching starting at just $1.00 a month!
