Visioning Out Tantric Meditation
I’ve studied and practiced tantric meditation since 1998. Tantric Meditation uses the power of imagination to transform the mind. Positive thought takes action starting in the mind which is geared to accept negativity more easily than positive thought. Take time out to vision out a positive future while in the present moment. JourneyDance with Jeanine... a walking immersion
Podcast this week is a walk through the woods. I'm trying something, different. Describing the trails near my parents house.  So many places to hike, to explore... I never did as a child. Our family was, and still is, an "inside" family. My parents both worked hard to get a home and keep a family, so leisure time was spent...relaxing.  I always wanted to be outside but a fear of the outside world was instilled in me at a young age.  But now... I love to go for walks to clear my mind.  Sometimes, I'll listen to a podcast or sometimes I'll just listen to the outside world. It's all good my friends. So here is my first...narrated soundscape...please share with anyone who can't go outside right now. If you'd like to see images of my journey, please follow me on IG

Embodiment- Harness the power of intuition to connect, to you.
Embodiment literally means an expression of something in a tangible or visible form. In JourneyDance, Embodiment is the ability to harness the power of intuition, to connect to our physical bodies from the inside out through dance.  Now is the time to use all of our tools to practice mindfulness in stressful times.  A daily personal moving meditation practice grounded in embodiment, can help you to be the source of calm in a sea of chaos.
