The Great Quit hit the America workforce as the pandemic was winding down. We thought the same would happen in pastoral ministry. Perhaps it will. It hasn't yet. Instead it is very likely many pastors are struggling but staying put. In this edition of "Ordinary Lives" Sara Lynema tells us about her training and experience  and how those apply to helping pastors care for churches while they pursue a sustainable ministry.
