Decluttering 2022
After the holiday break and illness at the end of last season, The Made4More Podcast returns for season 2 with your host, Coach Jeff Frantz, lead coach, trainer, and speaker for New Horizons Life and Leadership Development.
In this episode, Coach Jeff offers insight and some practical advice regarding the clutter that can build up not only in our physical space but also in our minds -- our thoughts, intentions, and imaginations. Left unchecked, all that messiness can impede our progress on our journey to success and achievement through 2022. Decluttering our lives this year doesn't have to be difficult or complicated, but it does take time, courage, and commitment. Most important, it takes knowing yourself -- What is your goal? What are your priorities? What makes you happy?

The Promise and Power of Giving Thanks
We celebrate Thanksgiving Day in the United States this week. It's a day of family feasts, attending parades, watching sports. More now than ever Thanksgiving marks the official start of the holiday season. One tradition of Thanksgiving is sharing what each of us is grateful for, such as family, home, food, and freedom. In this episode, Coach Jeff encourages us to expand Thanksgiving beyond its traditional temporal boundaries and let it become a way of life. Giving thanks, as a mindset, has the potential to change our world for good and to shape our lives for significance.

The Power of Your Life Plan
In this week's episode, Coach Jeff talks with the Profit Answer Man, Rocky Lalvani. Rocky wears many hats, among them Chief Profitability Adviser for business owners. His mission is to help small businesses maximize their profits so that everyone involved can do more of what they really love in life.
Rocky's message is timely at the threshold of the holidays, because he speaks to the fulfilled life. As he says "It's not about money at all costs, people come before money!" While many of us have a financial plan, how many have a life plan? Do you know where your life is headed, and how it will arrive there? That's the real question Rocky speaks to.
Rocky started with nothing when his parents immigrated to the United States when he was two years old, and his parents were in their 40's. It was his parents' second time starting over in life as they moved here to experience the American dream. In spite of a lot of struggles and his mom passing away when Rocky was 7, he has been able to achieve financial and life success. Rocky loves to share his journey and inspire others to achieve their dreams even faster.

Radical Abundance
Thanksgiving in the United States will be quickly here. What are you grateful for today? This week's guest is educator, coach, author, speaker, and podcaster, Teresa Janzen, Teresa's message is to remind us of God's radical abundance -- that we are already abundantly blessed. It is our mindset that determines whether or not we see the abundance that is already ours. This is a perfect time to align our mind and heart to prepare ourselves for the holiday season.

The Life You Choose to Create
Why is it that sometimes our life looks like one string of bad luck after another, but others seem always to ride the wave of abundance? Could a large part of the answer be simply our attitude and our words? In this episode Coach Jeff introduces us to the basics of the Law of Attraction and the Law of Deliberate Creation. In short, each of us has a huge influence over the direction our life takes simply by the management of our attitude and our speech. That can be scary at first, because that means that the outcomes of our lives are largely our own responsibility. But in the end, it's good news because that means we have the power to take our own lives in the positive direction we desire.

Life Beyond Expectation
Napoleon Hill once wrote, "It is strange, but true, that the most important turning-points of life often come at the most unexpected times and in the most unexpected ways."
Kindra Beck was a mom of two boys when , after 10 years of marriage, she found herself divorced and in the fight of her life simply to be able to see her sons again. Kindra's struggle has outpaced the pursuit for personal justice; it's now nothing less than a battle to change the law for all facing similar circumstances and challenges.
In this episode Kindra recounts her story and reveals the mental, emotional, and spiritual strength that has become her sustenance in the midst of strife.. Her word of encouragement is that same kind of strength can uphold anyone caught up in a life of chaos and conflict.

What Matters the Most
What matters the most is both a statement and question as Coach Jeff walks with us through the all-important concept of core values. Core values are fundamental to our deepest, truest identity. So they lead us to ask ourselves, What matters the most to me? From that question, we begin to determine what our values really are. And as Coach Jeff explains, our values set up our priorities, our priorities inform our choices and decisions, and our choices and decisions lead to the actions that establish the direction of our lives. He concludes the conversation with two simple exercises to help us start the exploration of our own core values.

What Story Do You Tell Yourself?
Stories are as old as time itself -- or at least they've been around since human beings have been on this earth. They recount adventure, warn of danger, encourage prosperity, lead us to dream of love. Stories are even at work in us outside of our awareness of them and of their effect on our way of thinking. The stories we replay in our unconscious shape our beliefs about ourselves, and so profoundly shape the outcomes of our intentions. Today Coach Jeff talks about the power of our self-stories, uncovers how they work for or against us, and offers an effective way to deal with the stories that hold us back from success.

The Awareness Advantage
The dictionary defines awareness as the knowledge or perception of something or some event. It may be that what most eludes our awareness is ourselves -- who we are, who we are meant to be, what makes us tick. In this episode of The Made4More Podcast, Coach Jeff reflects on "The Awareness Advantage," that is, the understanding that each of us is called to that life of significance, but the journey can only begin with a deeper self-awareness than we typically engage in. He then gives us three practical ways to begin.

Manage Your Life
Do you sometimes feel like you're on a roller-coaster ride? You hurtle rapidly through the sharp curves and the steep ups-and-downs, only to find yourself back where you started. You may wonder what you even achieved.
Some folks might say you have to manage your time better. In this episode of The Made4More Podcast, Coach Jeff offers a broader solution -- not time management, but life management. That involves looking at your whole life and setting the goals that will bring it into full balance, or sustain it for a richer and more fulfilling experience. Take care of life, and time will manage itself.

The Problem With Perfectionism
Setting high goals can be good motivation toward achieving significance.
Expecting perfection from ourselves or from others is a problem.
Do you deal with a streak of perfectionism in your personality? It can show up in any number of ways, among them procrastination in responsibilities, defensiveness in the face of criticism, judgmentalism toward others who don't meet our personal standards.
Using his own story as a framework, Coach Jeff discusses some of the origins and traits of perfectionism, along with effective ways to deal with it.

Answering the Restless Call
We like to remind everyone that "you were made for more!"
But what does "more" mean?
The idea goes beyond the fleeting materialism of riches, power, and glory.
Coach Jeff talks about thriving in a life that makes a difference around us, to leave this world a better place than the way we found it.
He offers a little bit about answering his own call to significance as well as the encouraging story of another young man who changed the lives of so many kids in his own neighborhood.
The important point is that we can ALL bring that level of influence into this life for the good of all. And it may be a simple matter of just uncovering the need to get us started.

Made 4 More Podcast Trailer
As a life coach and spiritual life coach I'm convinced that most of us exist on the surface of life. We rarely dive deep or fly high. We react to what circumstances throw at us and abide accordingly. I believe that because I've lived it. Real living is more than mere existence, running on a day-to-day treadmill, taking only what comes our way. Have you felt the tug of something else? Have you sensed the restless call to significance? This podcast is about answering the call to more -- to success, to fullness of potential, to life in abundance. The first step is the awareness that you were made for more! We'll look deeper into what that "more" is that you were created to do and to be. What is the meaning of success for you? What is the real cap on your potential, and how are you placing the limits on it? How do we exceed those limits? All this and more to offer you the life of meaning that you want -- that already belongs to you! Through conversation and interviews we will dive deeper and fly higher, transcend theory and offer practicality, so that you can choose that life of significance and journey into its realization. After all, it's already yours. You were made for more!
