This is a beginner's guide to your chakra wellness. To help open up the path to positivity, wellness, and purpose. Energy is all around us. It's within us and it is us. Tapping into energy, raising our awareness of its flow amd effects, and learning how to clear, shift and activate it in our bodies is a crucial element of overall well-being.
If you have ever left a yoga class feeling incredibly open-hearted, felt the zing in your third eye when you smelt an essential oil, or enjoyed the deep inner calmness from a meditative experience, then you know first-hand the incredible benefits of engaging with our energy centers, also known as chakras. Tuning in to your chakras, understanding their energy and learning different ways of moving and enhancing them will add a whole new depth to your health, well-being, and life in general.
You may have a general understanding of the chakras placement in the body. You might be aware of the vibrant rainbow of color associated with the system. Or you might know nothing at all, in which case, I am excited to share with you. Deepening our knowledge of the chakra system is the first step towards understanding how we can nourish and heal our chakras to bring a greater sense of happiness, purpose, and peace to our lives.

Leo Moon truly brings us to our hearts and the heart of the matter. Add in Sun in Scorpio and we know have the courage we might not have had previously to face these matters. Not Sure If I Am Going In The Right Direction
Hey friends, thank you so much for pressing play and or downloading this podcast episode.
Today I talked about not feeling confident that my life purpose is on track which had made me feel uncertain about myself today. But understanding that the road we follow in our lives does not always follow a straight line allows me to much more readily accept my life course. Because the times when things don’t seem to go our way can easily convince us that we aren’t doing anything positive in our lives. But in actuality, it's these times that will be our best teachers today.

Why We Are All Craving Connection
Hey friends, thank you so much for pressing play and or downloading this podcast episode.
In so many ways, our world is more connected now than ever before. We can connect on the Internet, through our phones, and travel to any place we’d like to go. Since we’ve expanded our digital connections, we’ve also lost a sense of connection in many ways too. Many of us end up living alone or in communities where we don’t even know or speak to our neighbors. Life is so busy that we often forget the simple acts of talking to one another, meeting strangers, and building community where we are.
