Blood Flow Restriction with Johnny Owens, Drew Morcos, Anne LeMoine, and Marshall LeMoine
This episode was recorded in 2019. It is one of our best. We were planning on releasing it to promote our 2020 Blood Flow Restriction course with Johnny Owens but alas, Covid came in and the course never happened. We never got around to releasing this episode until now! Our next Blood Flow Restriction course is coming up on April 2nd, 2022 and the time was right.
We recorded this in our hotel room in Las Vegas over some bourbon and I think this helped the episode be more loose and fun.
