And sometimes it's nice to have others around so we can relate with and learn from. So I hope that my random, spontaneous thoughts can be encouraging and inspiring as well!

Anxiety and depression are huge challenges that so many of us have gone through or are going through right now! In this episode, I'm going to take you through a bit of my personal experience with anxiety and depression. I'll be sharing an experience I had that made me temporarily paralyzed and mute. I'll be illustrating what the world looks and feels like to me in my times of anxiety and depression. My hope is that those struggling with anxiety and depression can feel enCOURAGED to keep going forward; and those with friends and family struggling can understand a little more what they're going through and feel enCOURAGED to be able to build stronger relationships and find ways to help them when they need you.
