Playing it safe may get you to your destination someday of becoming a successful entrepreneur, minister, or artist, but most often it is the risk-takers who accomplish their goals and go on to change the world. It may be time to leave your safe place and enter into an area of risk, as the Holy Spirit leads you. 

Sometimes it's tough to take a moment to express how thankful you are for life's blessings. All too often, there are never enough minutes in the day for all of your obligations, to remind yourself of the many blessings God has given us.  Today, Jinary reminds us of the power of thankfulness.

Fear kills our faith, and faith drives out fear. Thus did Jesus ask His apostles in one place, “Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?” (Matthew 8:26) When we are afraid, our faith is demonstrably weaker than it should be.

When we listen to people tell their testimonies, it is easy to want to be where they are, after the fact. But the truth is, every victory has a cost. Obedience isn't easy. Obeying God will usually cost sacrifice. In this episode, Jinary highlights some of the pain that accompanies obedience. No one said it was supposed to be easy. But it is worth it! 

God has plenty more for you. The process of overcoming is pathed with the blessings of the Lord. He has "Add Ons" for you if you only surrender to the leading of the Holy Spirit.

Every person faces Goliath. He taunts, He deceives, He attacks and His mission is to defeat us. Whatever Goliath you may be facing, His purpose is to destroy your life. God calls His people to be strong in the Lord, to acknowledge that the battle belongs to the Lord, and to experience His resources for victory. Scripture is redundant in this truth; we fight and defeat Goliath when we face Him in the power of the Holy Spirit. 

To embrace something is to welcome it with open arms, hold, hug, accept completely. You might embrace your sweetheart or even changes in technology. Embrace is from the French verb embrasser, which started out meaning "to clasp in the arms" 

Jinary talks about how she is learning to embrace Peace. Something that didn't come easily or even naturally to her. As you listen to today's podcast, the Prince of Peace Himself will minister to your life. 

Your mind is not a playground, it is a battlefield. Whoever controls your mind, God vs Satan, controls you. That is why you can't allow yourself to think negatively. You must keep the mind of Christ in order to be like Him.
