1. After 30 days my abs pretty much looked the same BUT BUT BUT BUT I'm definitely stronger and can now do abs moves that I couldn't before.
2. In order to progress, I had to do most of the moves without modifications. Two reps with good form are better for my progression than 100 modifications.
3. Abs are made in the gym and revealed in the kitchen! - Millionaire Hoy. -- So that means working out is just part of our Abs routine journey.

How to Know When to QUIT - INSTINCTS
When should you quit? I talk a lot about perseverance but today we're on the other side of the spectrum! Today, I am talking about quitting and more to the point, listening to YOUR INSTINCTS.
QUITTING YOUR... relationship, job, friendship, town, or even a conversation!
I promise you, your gut feelings will never let you down. Your instincts are YOUR WAY of taking care of yourself.
In this episode, I mention some possible signs that your instincts are trying to get your attention.
- Physical manifestations that started with the thing, person, or place that you need to quit (headaches, high blood pressure, losing appetite, etc)
- A literal voice in your head saying this doesn't feel right, leave, etc, etc (on a loop!)
- Feeling ill at ease when everything is "perfect"
It's of course, different for everyone but these are some possibilities. For instance, how does your intuition manifest for you?
TLDR: Know thyself and know when to leave. Take care of yourself. ❤️

Angst! Food Labels?
Do you have a food label for yourself? Like a vegetarian, pescatarian, etc., Prior to the last year, this is something that I put zero thought into but now...The more I add to (and take away) from what I consume the more angst I feel about my "food label".
Lately, it's been a drag to eat out socially and find yummy foods at restaurants that are non-dairy, and don't include eggs, meat, or poultry. In truth, even the vegan selections I had have been meh. And I am not vegan. I do eat seafood.
I would LOVE to hear your thoughts on eating out and socially when you've changed how you eat.
TLDR: In this episode, I am pondering food labels and eating out with (self-imposed) dietary restrictions.

1. Do Modifications - No shame! (I've been known to do modifications throughout ENTIRE workouts)
2. Progressions are good (Know thyself - know when it's time to progress to the next level of a movement or workout routine)
3. You're probably better at advanced moves than you think (so mix it up sometimes and try em)

Nail Talk: Are You a Consumer or a Creator?

In this episode, I ask...Are you a consumer or a creator? Do you feel like you’re consuming more than creating? Would you like to give folks an opportunity to consume your creations? So it’s more of an energetic exchange of time and money instead of a one-way street?
For instance, I’ve spent thousands of dollars and hours on:
- personal development
- professional development
- nail polish,
- clothes,
- home decor, and countless other goods & services.
When I read a book, I’m consuming someone’s dream manifested. Which is great! But we all are born with so many gifts, the more we share them and yes charge for them the more the world benefits. It’s reciprocity at its finest.

4 Ways to RESET When You've Gotten Off Track

4 Ways That I RESET to Get Back On Track (to healthy habits, goals, etc)
1. Take a look at the data - in the episode I mention using fitness apps and my fitness journal. You might have totally different goals like tracking your spending. So for you, useful data might be credit card statements or the receipts in your wallet.
2. Write out your feelings in a journal or even a piece of paper - Take a moment to process WHY you’re not sticking to your goal(s).
3. Take action! DO something.
4. Seek out inspiration.
