Getting freedom by awakening into the Universal Mind Consciousness!
Author Jay Shetty wrote: "The Vaca Sutta, from early Buddhist scriptures, defines a well-spoken statement as one that is “spoken at the right time. It is spoken in truth. It is spoken affectionately. It is spoken beneficially. It is spoken with a mind of goodwill." This is what I strive to do in my day-to-day life. I come up short but I'm making progress! I've noticed I need to quiet the reactive habitual mind first and awaken into the moment. I'm in the process of programming my subconscious mind to naturally respond to stress by prompting a deep breath and opportunity to be in the moment. Hello my friends,   So much of our lives today is stressful, full of fear, anger, resentment and other lower vibrational forms of energy that negatively impact our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health.  Much of our focus stems from our individual and our collective subconscious mind. The part of our thinking that happens automatically 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  If we can alter this subconscious programming we can influence our own self-limiting thoughts and habits and allow ourselves to create more inner peace and intrinsic success in our lives.
