Congressman Rob Bishop on Governments role during COVID-19

Congressman Rob Bishop on Governments role during COVID-19

Congressman Bishop has a very unique and genuine perspective of the coronavirus and this pandemic. As a school teacher, he has very first hand knowledge about how schools must resume and under what guidelines, but also the weaknesses of the school system before the pandemic.

Congressman Rob Bishop was my high school history teacher and a key individual of my interest in history, politics, and unconventional education.

When I asked him to do this podcast, I didn't expect him to accept, I did't expect a personal phone call from him to accept it, I didn't expect it to be so much fun, and I didn't expect the interview to go where it went.

He is honest. He is blunt. He is kind.

Listen to his warnings and direction on China and our necessity to be vigilant. America needs to be awake and vigilant in the protection of our rights and the world.

If you like the content, please give me a like, a comment, and a subscribe. Who would you like me to interview?

Commercial and Multi-family real estate with Jose Belman

Commercial and Multi-family real estate with Jose Belman

Jose Belman, owner and operator of more than 500 doors in large multi-family properties, pulls the curtain back and lets us into his business.

Jose has been an investor and was an agent for well over a decade. He is absolutely brilliant, but also a straight forward humanitarian.

I have not had a more valuable real estate conversation, for me, in a long long time, if ever.

Here we discuss the future of markets after this pandemic. The method to flip large multi-family properties, the way to look at and underwrite large multi-family projects, and the intricacies of running a business of 500+ doors, from financing to collection of rent, to finding, funding, and operating his business.

Lisa Branting-Nurse Extraordinaire in Oregon on the novel Covid-19

Lisa Branting-Nurse Extraordinaire in Oregon on the novel Covid-19

Lisa Branting has been a nurse of decades and has a plethora of information. I have found that every medical professional that I interview has a unique perspective, depending on their experience with the virus and previous experiences in the industry.

main takeaways that I learned:

The main emphasis to release the public back into society is to be able to test the masses for antibodies to know those that are not at risk for a second infection.

There are thought to be at least two, possibly three strains of the Coronovirus.

Personal hygiene going forward is a must. Washing hands, not touching ones face, respect when coughing, etc.... It is going

to be necessary with a reintroduction into society.  Being too germ conscious could lead to an over-all weaker immune system and more risk to other infections and lacking of good antibodies.

Their hospital is not at, and likely will not reach it maximum capacity.   Lisa was such an easy conversation and gave a ton of information that was easily understood.

Lea Lua -MD Pediatrics Surgical Doctor Chicago IL on Covid-19

Lea Lua -MD Pediatrics Surgical Doctor Chicago IL on Covid-19

Pleasure interviewing the Lea Lua, a brilliant and compassionate pediatric surgeon in Chicago, IL., considered a COVID-19 Hotspot. Lea has a unique view of the virus as her sister is also a doctor in the Philippines so she has a perspective from another country as well.

Her biggest messages:

Social Distancing does work and we need to continue to practice the techniques being taught.

Mental and physical health are paramount to fight the virus if you do become infected.

You need to eat right, take ZINC, get vitamin D, and vitamin C. Alleviate stress however necessary.

Exercise and get outside.

Empathy. We are in this together. If you are doing ok, look to take care of others. Help your neighbor and be cognizant of those that have lost their income.
