This episode features Maddy Niven, a 2019 Lincoln East graduate who just finished up her first year of college at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Maddy is a former high school senior model for my photography studio in Wahoo, Nebraska.  It was so much fun to catch up with her today as we talked about her first year of college and how she handled the shut down of the University due to Covid-19. We also chatted a little bit about her plans for the summer and the future of her education at UNO.  This is Maddy, here now.

This episode features high school junior, Emma Bruce who took a step back from traditional high school at Wahoo High School and is now living in France and enrolled in online courses through University of Nebraska High School.   It takes a lot of courage to leave everything you know right in the middle of your high school career let alone move to a new country.  Listen to Emma talk about her decision to leave the life she had known since she was 4 years old.  This is Emma, here now.
