If you've followed me through my podcasting journey so far, you may know about the infamous goal + calendar whiteboards I hang on my wall. Well, today I spill everything. I spill my goal setting tips and tricks.

#1 Get awkward. Starting a podcast + join me on this journey together.
In this episode, I tell one of my awkward stories — windshield (you'll get it later).
Sometimes, the most awkward moments and positions are those that help you grow the most. In my personal opinion, I wouldn't have made it where I am today without getting out of my comfort zone. I had to discover my confidence and work around it — with some v awkward lanes directing me there. Every Monday, I will be bringing on a guest, or take on a solo episode, to talk about all things lifestyle, fashion, health + fitness, and career (with a touch of awkwardness). That could be finding confidence in your own personal style, or learning how to navigate the corporate world.
So, pour yourself a nice brewed coffee (or tea), and hit play to listen to my very first solo podcast!
