11: Chronic Fatigue & Finding Her Way Back To Health with Enduro Moto Rider Rose Lantaigne
From Chronic Fatigue to the Corduroy Enduro - Rose Lantaigne shares her story on how she lost her passion to illness & then re found her way back to biking and a new outlook on life.
In 2014, Rose Lantaigne fell ill from the Epstein Barr virus which left her chronically fatigued, depressed, anxious and weak, and took her from her passion of enduro and trials Moto riding. After conventional medicine failed to recognized what was wrong with her, she took it upon herself to begin her own healing journey, diving into health and wellness podcasts, reading books on natural medicine, experimenting with diets protocols and supplements, and even tapping into her spirituality.
In this episode Rose talks about her career, finding love, falling ill, learning new methods of healing and her passion for dirtbikes.

Goal setting, finding a supportive community and learning proper nutrition aided in weight loss, treatment for her mental health, and a lifestyle worth living.
