Your energetic integrity directly relates to your ability to receive. If your energetic field doesn't have sound foundational integrity, what you're cocreating and calling into your life can be muddy. And when the field is strong and clear, you'll see your relationships flourishing and beautiful cocreations with Spirit.
Threads of:
- guiding you through a short meditation/energetic field setting at the start of this episode (threads of this have been integrated and passed down from many mentors/personal channel and a big part from Kelsey Kazarian)
- cultivation of your energetic field
- moving from in to out instead of out to in
- cultivating your foundations before the fluff
