On today’s podcast we invited Dee Forbes the Director General of RTE and Dave Kirwan the Managing Director of Bord Gáis Energy to discuss management and leadership in the context of The Leadership Mind. This conversation was held with some invited guests.
They both discuss their career paths, their management experience and their perspective of leadership as well as the principles and arguments put forward in the book and how they might apply these personally and in their organisations.
