Why are you making a pass on the first date? Warm me up first.

Networking on social media can be like dating, you don't just go asking for marriage on the 1st date. You have to nurture the relationship before you can go for such a large ask. Your music is no different. Joining me on another installment of Sink or Swim are founding members of The Indiepreneur Club Zo-G and Motion as I get their perspectives on this subject. We then dive (no pun intended) into what we believe are better methods to get people to give your music a chance.

Stop faking it until you "Make it"

On the first installment of Sink or Swim, Keyz is joined by Indiepreneur Club Founding Member, Loretta's Only and Keyztothegame intern Viraj. Between the 3 of them they discuss why pretending is actually extremely harmful as an up and coming musician. Take a listen as they dive deep into why feeling the need to purchase fake streams, engagement, and followers is pointless!

**Newsflash** Your listener wants to form a relationship with you...duh!

**Newsflash** Your listener wants to form a relationship with you...duh!

My apologies for the sub-par audio in this recording but it was so good I had to keep it. In today's episode I deliver a huge eye opener. It's a very core concept that I think can easily go over any recording artists head. The beauty is once you realize it that it's going to be hard to move as you used to. Once I establish that I move into what exactly you need to be focusing on from that point forward. I keep it short and sweet so tune in and get you some free game.

You're releasing your music ALL WRONG

You're releasing your music ALL WRONG

In today's episode I discuss a MAJOR crisis. No I'm not talking about COVID-19 I'm talking about how you release your music. The amount of artists doing this poorly is getting out of hand. Spotify has reported that they receive 40,000 songs EVERY SINGLE DAY. It's important for you to stand out so if you're not creative with your music releases you're screwed! Tune in and listen to how I break this down and stick to the end to find out what I have to solve your problem.

Artists repeat after me...YOU ARE A BUSINESS!

Artists repeat after me...YOU ARE A BUSINESS!

Want to know the million dollar mindset to help elevate your music career? Look no further because I expose that here. Record labels are not the same way that they were 10-20 years ago where they invested in development of acts with potential. In today's age of technology and music it's the easiest its ever been to do all the developing on your own. What they are looking for now is artists who have their stuff together. They take your operation and make it grow larger than life. If you haven't planted the seeds already then you're behind. Tune in!!
