This episode contains some truths that we currently ignore in our society regarding mental health. We all go through a lot daily but what keeps us moving ahead is our mental strength and nothing else. With the stories that we have shared, it only gets more relatable.

I had the honor to sit down with Daniel who is not only a Medical Doctor but also an advocate for everything Mental Health.

With a double identity all I wanted was to find my true self.

With a double identity all I wanted was to find my true self.

This story you’re about to hear is a very good example of how anyone can focus on the good things of life. We shouldn’t be defined by our past but by our ability to keep pushing through every time it seems difficult. He grew up with an identity just to be told a different story all together, determined to be successful he ran away from home to start afresh. He wanted to be successful and behold he has not only achieved a lot but is on the journey of breaking more boundaries. He uses his experience as a child to help people around him and to also be the best father to his kids. It is an honor to have such an amazing strong man in my presence and I’m grateful that he used this platform to share his story.

How the End SARS movement affected me mentally with Paul Ameh

How the End SARS movement affected me mentally with Paul Ameh

The End SARS protest in Nigeria was a movement that affected so many people both home and abroad. It was so sad to see people die and no one has given us an explanation as to why it happened like that in the first place. I got the opportunity to have a conversation with a citizen who didn’t only go out to protest, but was able to find a way to support the cause. Paul Ameh who is a dear friend shared a lot with us . The conversation went deeper when he explained how he came out very prepared but turned out that his mental health would be affected by it all. Join me as we find out how he takes care of his mental health despite everything.
