Exam season is a difficult, stressful time for students. The process gets easier over the years as you learn to manage stress and be productive in your routine, but the stress is always there. If you're just starting university, you'll be heading into your first end-of-year exam season, and its a daunting experience at worst. Alex is a third-year business student at King's College London and has been through this many times before. In this episode, he provides 7 tips for managing stress, and discusses the optimum strategy for approaching exams.

1. Exercise

4. Don't revise forever
5. Eat well
6. Don't take everything too seriously

Monica Parkin is an award-winning international speaker, host of the ‘juggling without balls podcast’, author of the book, “Overcoming Awkward: The Introverts Guide to Networking, Marketing and Sales”, a licensed Mortgage Broker and a Speaking Coach. She has many insights into how introverts can up their networking game in addition to learning to pitch for success. Monica launched her book after attending a networking event in which she felt extreme anxiety and shyness, and did not want to be there. All Things NFTs - Buying, Selling & Marketing (with Arvin Khamseh)
Arvin Khamseh is somewhat of a global pioneer in the NFT space. He is a former media buyer and marketing director, in which he launched ads on social media with a monthly spend in excess of 500k. He has used his experience in media buying to get in early on the NFT game, and as a result, has earned his spot as one of the leaders in the NFT space. In addition, he has also helped launch 2 NFT projects, which both sold out and earned roughly $19m between them, in the first 20 hours. Arvin got in early on the NFT game and has been able to build NFT brands from zero to the top of OpenSea in a short amount of time.

Manish Sethi - Rescued Glass, Motivation, and 3rd year of Uni
In this episode, Alex is joined by Manish Sethi, a fellow Business student at King’s, and CEO and Co-founder at Rescued Glass, a waste management company in Thailand, which up-cycles used glass bottles into decorative and innovative household decorations. Manish started Rescued Glass as a CASS project at high school and had no intention of it growing to where it is today. Nonetheless, it has gained momentum and grown beyond his expectations.
