First timer John hay coach, & miles college Alumni Coach Berry along side Family member to the podcast cast & Fisk University Graduate Coach Parker speaks on their experiences. Coach berry also speaks on his journey of how he found his way growing up rough in the inner city of Cleveland into a full ride scholarship at an HBCU.

This Episode Kingtif Recruits some life long friends to talk about stress. They go in depth on past stresses they went through in high school personally & in sports. They also talk the kinds of stresses they face now. They give the ways they battled stress and ways they let stress overwhelm them at times. Ultimately through their past encounters with stress they learned something deeper about how to handle stress when it comes and understood stress was only a temporary feeling that they all would overcome.
