今回はフォーブズジャパンで読んだ記事を元に話してみたよ。ビジネス英語って意外と難しくて、日本語でのニュアンスをそのまま英語に直して使うと相手が攻撃的に受け取りかねない時がある。でも、英語の教科書で習わない表現が多いから、実際に住んで働いたことがないとなかなか知らなかったりする。このエピソードでこういう英語のフレーズがあるんだな、と少しでも役立つと嬉しい！そして、注意のされ方も日本とアメリカで相当違うみたい。文化の違いって相当大きいよね〜

Hi guys, another episode of KBJ is here! This week we talk about a little bit of everything. 

From Netflix Original Series to Lizzo's Instagram (@lizzobeeating) post that Mari was deeply moved, we give you recommendations and a mini self-empowerment "TED" talk.  Especially in the second part of this episode, we dive deep into how important it is to appreciate each body size and shape. Lizzo speaks out the use of "body positivity" in the media and how she got tired of it and decides to use "body normative." 

As a woman growing up in Japan, Lizzo's statement hits Mari differently and makes her think about how she should be the way she is again. I hope our episode helps YOU if you are suffering from body insecurities or loss of confidence. You are beautiful :)

先週に録音して編集が間に合わず、今日リリースとなった今週のエピソード。私たちのNetflixオススメシリーズとボディノーマティブについて話しました。アメリカのR&Bシンガー、Lizzo (リッゾ)のインスタ投稿 (@lizzobeeating) をきっかけにポッドキャストのトピックとして日本やアジア圏に住んでるみんなに聞いてもらいたかったから。体型やサイズ、周りからどう見られるか気にして学生時代を過ごした方がほとんどじゃないかな？私もそのうちの一人。辛いよね。最近は「ボディーポジティブ」という言葉とかがメディアで出るようになったけど、本当の意味を知った上で理解してる？それぞれの持っている体型やサイズって本当は全てポジティブであるべきじゃないか？とふとLizzoの投稿を見て考えさせられた。自分のありのままが「自分のノーマル」であってもいいよね。誰かからとやかく言われる権利なんてない（もちろんお医者さんから言われるのは別だけど）。

Yes I met you 3 weeks ago and now I'm back! In today's episode, I invited a special guest, Kate, who is my college friend.

In the episode, we talk about SuperM which is a K-pop group under SM Entertainment. They recently released songs "100" and "Tiger Inside" as a pre-release for their full-length album dropping on September 25th, 2020. 

As always we babble on their music video, parts of the song we like, musicality, and so on.

Since our audio footage was super long (like 7 hours total!!!), I decided to divide into multiple episodes. I hope you enjoy our talk!
