Episode 166 - Is This Good Or Bad Mental Health Advice?
I’m interested in your thoughts this week, I came across this YouTube video on neuroticism, it made a lot of sense to me and my experience, but would love to know what you think.

Episode 160 - Managing Your Sugar Cravings?
Honestly though,
Is there anything more delicious than sugar?
It was a rhetorical question, the answer is no, it is the best.
With that being said sugar is not always conducive to helping you meet your health goals,
and,
It's addictive.
So on this week's episode, Rachelle and I discuss what we've done, and how it's helped.
EPISODE 159 - Why your back is still tight and injured
Why your back is still tight and injured
The missing component to most people’s health, especially physical health, is strength training.
That’s doesn’t downplay the importance of mobility - not the same as flexibility - but it does shed light on something that is missing from your life.
In this episode, we discuss what strength training is, how to do more of it, and how to add it to your life safely.

EPISODE 158 - Stop Letting Social Media Affect Your Mood
Be careful what you spend you spend your time thinking about and consuming. There are no wasted thoughts; literally, everything you think about moves you closer to who and where you want to be or away from there.
Sorry if that sounded threatening, it's just that something became abundantly clear to us the other day, and we wanted to share.
It started with Kreso discovering a weird kind of emotional addiction, and it evolved for the better from there.

EPISODE 157 - The Long Term Strategy For Healing
How do you get well and stay well? Is that even a thing? If yes, is it possible without having to spend hours doing rehab or working on it? On this podcast, we take you through the thinking process of the steps and ideas that we use in our own health and with that of our patients seeking our help. Oftentimes, it's not about 'more,' it's about 'right' and right timing. Check out this episode to hear more. -Dr. K and -Dr. R
EPISODE 156 - How To Stay Sane Despite The State Of The World
On my Instagram this week, I asked you to ask me anything. By far the most common question - it came in various forms but the theme was always the same - How do I (we) maintain a level of happiness despite the current climate?
That’s what this podcast is about:
1) Stop doing list - I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, if I didn’t have a business, I would not own a smartphone or spend any of my time online.
Removing myself from anything toxic has always been step one, and the media, all of it, is nothing but toxic. It’s never been about the sharing of information it’s been about keeping your attention, and invoking fear works the best for keeping attention. Kreso and I have also made an agreement to hold ourselves accountable to not complaining and speaking about negative things.
2) Seeing my friends and family
3) Creativity - one of the best things about owning and having a business is that you always have to find ways to be creative. Creation gives you a sense of control which is the very opposite of what the world is trying to make you feel right now. Both of us dove headfirst into our business, I started studying Instagram and how to grow my audience and Kreso took up music and guitar seriously, not to mention time with our family.
4) Clarity - nothing like getting your values challenged every day, it makes you put things in perspective and gain clarity. Once you gain clarity, you know how to act.
EPISODE 155 - Getting Healthy Despite a Bad MRI or X-ray
"You become what you think about most." -Earl Nightingale
Those are words to live by and are extremely important when it comes to your health.
For too many people, what they are told becomes their identity and governs their lives and health for many years.
This is not to say that medical examinations and diagnoses' are not important; they are, just don't let them define you or limit what you're capable of achieving in life.
On this episode, we look at false positives, at least when it comes to structural examinations, and how many "asymptomatic healthy people" walk around with and what would be considerable structural damage to joints with no pain or symptoms.
Episode 154 - How do you stay consistent with training and eating
Have you ever been excited about your new diet or felt an extreme amount of inspiration to get to the gym and pursue your new body or new goals?
Isn't it funny how it all fades, and then a week later, you're back to where you were before, feeling unmotivated to get back to it?
I'm hoping this video can give you some insight into what you need to do to continue along the path you want for yourself.
The answer really is hiding in plain sight, but not many see it or think that's it.
On this week's episode, we hope we can give you some insights on how to "stay with it," even when things get tough.
Episode 153 - The Do's And Don'ts When You've Tweaked Your Back
You bend over, tie up your shoe, or maybe pick up your child or grandchild. Something pops (or not), and you cannot stand back up.
The pain can be excruciating. It can be sharp, burning, numbing, travel down your leg or produce that horrible 'weakness' feeling.
You've just tweaked your back.
But, do you know what to do about it? The most common thinking pattern is "I've got to stretch it away." But this might not be the best idea. In some circumstances, it's a terrible idea that could cause more harm than help.
On this episode, we share the why's on when to stretch and when not to and why other exercises might be a better idea than the "typical ones" we been taught.

Episode 152 - Being Scared Of Carbs
If you're trying and are unhappy with your diet - specially if you're having a hard time with carbs - this episode is for you.
Take it from two people that have struggle for a long time with dysfunctional eating and, now looking back with clarity, food addiction.
The purpose of this episode is to share what we've found helpful, not so helpful, and how we found success. Success not meaning - we stick to a militant way of eating rather, we eat what we want with peace, while being happy with our bodies and health.
Hope it helps and we'd love to hear your feedback.

This week’s podcast is all about that secret.
-Kresimir Jug
Episode 121 - Here comes the pain

Episode 120 - How To Be Authentic
Authenticity is getting a lot of attention and rightfully so.

On this podcast, I discuss what I’ve learned, through the guitar, about authenticity.
-Kresimir Jug
Episode 119 - Your Emotions Suck
They don’t really, they are just not good tools to use to make decisions.
Emotions are what makes life awesome. Feeling joy, love, pride, self-esteem are all wonderful as feeling depressed, anxious, nervous, or apathetic are important, yet not fun to experience.
This does not change what emotions are or how we should use them in our life.
-Kresimir Jug
Episode 118 - Just don’t disappoint this person
Somedays I’m equally amazed and horrified at the level of social pressure that exists in 2020.
As always, it’s a philosophical issue, which I’ll talk about today.
I’ll also mention the one person you should not let down.
-Kresimir Jug
Episode 117 - What do your mornings look like?
Do you wake up early or stumble out of bed?
Do you spend some time in the morning looking at your day ahead, planning on how you’re going to handle the challenges, or, do you start behind the eight-ball?
On this podcast, I chat about the start of my day, why I think it’s important and why you don’t have to do it at the start of your day.
-Kresimir Jug
Episode 116 - What the hell is wrong with the world?
I know I’m not the only that is thinking this.
On today’s show, one man’s opinion on one (don’t have time to talk about all) root cause to the sheer insanity we see around us daily.
Applying this idea has personally not been easy, but has made all the difference in my life and happiness.
