In today's episode, Kristy changes things up a bit! In light of the recent tragedies and violence in the United States, Kristy shares some of her thoughts and a challenge for all of us to choose differently. Choose to make a change today and to be part of the solution to your community and your world's hurts. At the end of the podcast, Kristy shares a song written and sung by Matt Powers, Change a Life. This song was written to express the thoughts behind the phrase Kristy is often heard repeating, "Do what you can, with what you've got, in the moment you are given."
