We have a great guest on today's show, Jake Burns of the Orange and Brown Report. He's the king of Cleveland Browns breakdowns and does a great job answering all of our questions on this upcoming Browns season. 

The Indians season is all but over, but we talk about the few bright spots. The Cavs have kicked off Summer League play and have shown great signs of progress.
