In this episode, we discuss toxic traits and people that exhibit them. Being toxic to others is a form of abuse. If you find yourself around people that are constantly toxic, develop an exit plan asap.

Free time is time a person has set aside for themselves. Availability means time a person can dedicate to do whatever is being asked. Just because someone has free time doesn't mean they are available. Learn to say, "no," without explaining yourself. No. is a full sentence.
