A conversation about the controversial Constitutional Handgun Carry Bill in Texas and Eminent Domain as it relates to Bruce's Beach in Manhattan Beach, California, and the County of Los Angeles.
Bruce's Beach was a resort that was owned by and operated by and for members of the 'black' community. It provided the 'black' community with opportunities unavailable at other beach areas because of segregation.
The property was acquired via eminent domain proceedings in the 1920s and closed down. Chief Duane Yellowfeather Shepard is the official spokesman and a descendant of the Bruce family as a member of an indigenous tribe.
This particular story is one that stands out to me because of my native history in Los Angeles and having frequent that location in the past.
My great-grandmother was 20 at the time this took place. To date, I'm uncertain as to whether or not she had been to the resort. I am however curious if she did. During this period, she resided closer to central Los Angeles, slightly north and to the west in a district called Echo Park/Angeleno Heights.

A Day After “Pill”
The day after another “historic” event, after more historic events that preceded it. I pose a question. How do you feel? If you're feeling, you're not actually devoting much to critical thinking and are likely dreaming, being escapist, thereby sound asleep when actually being awake is more of what's needed in these times. Being asleep, not "woke", that's where "they" want you, but who am I?
Just a guy with a podcast and a few words to say about what I see as something more melodramatic than of any tangible benefit.
I know. Opinions, viewpoints, everyone has them. I certainly do seeing things for more truly what they are in my eyes. Only now, after amassing life experiences since the Reagan Era and becoming the age to vote, with all that's taken place before then and since after studying a little history, politics, engaging in social studies, I've drawn my own conclusions.

Shared Perspectives About Recent Events
This nation is in distress right now and has been even since before the pandemic, which some have suggested was implicitly planned as part and parcel of an agenda associated with social engineering practices having been instituted. Additionally, when engaged in deeper thought about all the issues around us, it's easy to believe most anything that comes across the screen that can either be fact-based logic or opinionated, sensationalist rhetoric. The latter being ginned up to keep people in states of rampant unrest and incessant worry at varying degrees depending on any number of factors.
As with any number of people with access to ready information, it can be difficult and at times daunting to discern the "whole truth and nothing but the truth." All we can do is each think critically, utilizing sound clear thought reasoning, and in a manner conducive that can lead to a constructive result.
The goal in sharing this audio that's been sourced for this program is to perhaps persuade people to engage in rational and critical thought. That's the intention of posting this audio capture featuring one man's perception of this crisis situation.

Spiritually Guided + An Assessment of Recent Events
Not so much a rant as it is an assessment of self what's going on around me while coming into a measure of consciousness.
I'm undergoing a reset in some respects on a personal level while gearing up somewhat for what I believe is most definitely an unprecedented reset of a system construct on a scale much broader.
