In this solo Episode, I discuss the basics of building a business foundation. I share steps on how I laid the foundation in my businesses, and how I used this same concept to helped others with their business foundation. When I started my first business I struggled because I did not know all of the steps needed in order to start a business. I had to learn each of the steps as I went along which cost me lots of money, time and frustration. After the business do not continue to thrive I ended up closing it. After some time spent soul-searching and making personal changes I was able to start another business. Due to the learned lessons of my first business, I knew what steps were needed to be done in order to have a stronger business this go round. Since I have started multiple businesses and have helped others do the same. After listening to this episode you will be able to take the steps that I’ve shared and apply them to your business in whatever industry you’re in.
