My guest today is Andy Milkis host of the fantastic Logik podcast.
Andy has been working in Visual Effects for nearly two decades. Based in NYC, He's worked at shops big & small, and in both broadcast and commercial post. For the past 2 decades, He's held the position of Director of Visual Effects at LVLY (formerly Spontaneous), one of New York's leading visual effects, design and animation shops. He's traveled the world as a visual effects supervisor and have earned a reputation as someone who understands his client's needs and knows how to get the job done. He co-founded the NY Flame User Group and is very active in the VFX community both online and in real, actual life.

Cat Gulácsy is a 10+ year veteran of the VFX community. Cat, of Calling All Talent, is a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for several highly recognized studios on both the West and East Coasts.
She is also the Co-Chair of the New York Chapter of ACCESS: VFX, a cross-company initiative to promote diversity and inclusion in the VFX industry and the Industry Outreach Advisor for The Animation Project, Inc.
Cat is also an Adjunct Professor for the School of Visual Arts in New York City. which was just named the #1 Best Animation School in the World by The Rookies World School Rankings® for 2019.
