Building and Maintaining Relationships During the Coronavirus Quarantine
As we well know, the virus has put a spanner in the works in all areas of life. Relationships are not easy to navigate on a normal day - throw Covid-19 in the works and that could be a recipe for disaster. We find ourselves on somewhat opposite sides of the spectrum - Mel (the more extroverted of the two of us) away from her partner, and Soph (the introvert) with her husband and child. This week we catch-up on our first couple of weeks of self isolation and social distancing as well as discuss how we can build and maintain healthy relationships given our 'new normal'. Ps - Apologies that the audio quality may not be as great as you are used to due to our inability to record at the same space during this time of social distancing.
