In this episode, we talk about Sarah's introduction to golf and how we met. We then chat about how she got started as a musician and her creative process. She gives us an inside look into the ideation and creation of a few of her songs and what it was like singing the National Anthem at the 2022 Cotton Bowl.

He Graduated from SUNY Cortland with a B.S. Degree in Kinesiology: Fitness Development and a M.S. Degree in Exercise Science. He played four years of Baseball at SUNY Cortland and was an Assistant Coach for two years. Matt is a also a TPI-Level 1 Coach and Corrective Exercise Specialist.
