Did you know that it was thought that at one time the amount of brain cells that you were born with, is all that you had - if you lost them, they would be gone forever? I am sure you remember the commercial of the egg and then the egg being cracked over a hot frying pan to remind you to not do drugs... which still don't do drugs... 

However recent research shows that you can improve your neuroplasticity with daily activity. 20 min of HIIT cardio daily can increase your brain function and cognitive thinking! This is super important for those who have a family history of mental health problems such as dementia and Alzheimer's disease.
