I'm back with another episode in the Lifestyle Rich Podcast 😊
I know I know it's been a while.
In today's episode I discuss 8 factors that are making it hard for you to lose weight even though you are exercising and eating healthy (most of the time).
Losing weight is a very difficult journey and it can sometimes take a long time to see results which can be quite demotivating. It's important to understand what is happening on the inside of our bodies so that we can be the best version of ourselves. Even if losing weight is not your priority in this podcast I discuss things we are doing which are stop us from reaching optimal health.
