What is complacency really and how is it opposite to self-leadership?
Complacency is the poison that kills us slowly is the story I talk about that you can read on Medium.com by Brian Kurian
How Podcasting became the solution to my writing
I had a hard time sticking to one story whenever I sat down to write. One story would get more legs than an octopus and I finally it would not make any sense. After I started podcasting every day it all made sense.
Setting the bar on how we talk on social media
There's trolls, there's the social media self appointed police and there are the Karens and Richards. Where should we set the bar on social media commenting and dialogues?

The secret is: Modern Small Talk is based on the introvert way of conversing. Here's how!
11 things introverts want you to know https://www.verywellmind.com/things-you-didnt-know-about-introverts-4065384
A great read about this is to be found on Medium.com by Alexander M. Combstrong called The Highly Confident Introvert: Far from an Oxymoron.https://medium.com/happy-brain-club/the-highly-confident-introvert-far-from-an-oxymoron-b1c7d9ac7979

Reading people in small talk situations
There have been studies about reading groups but reading a person right in front of you is another matter. However, there are things you can do to feel more comfortable in a small talk situation.

What if you knew you'd be a 102 years old?
Ten years ago I saw a woman in her mid seventies who had started doing yoga and had become a much loved teacher of it too. It got me thinking about all the people, from their thirties and up, who talk and lead their lives as though they're just waiting to die. I made some changes myself whilst researching with the question in mind: what if I knew I'd be a 102 years old, would I still choose what I choose today?

How to include yourself in small talk
We don't learn how to do basic conversations with people. We learn the superficial and we learn how to be wide open. But, how to have meaningful conversations, especially short ones who are a investment in your future and confidence is what's episode is all about
Creative Book of Wonder
This tool, I've spoken about it before but, now I've decided to build a class for it to be launched in July of 2021. It's been with me for over 15 years and it has been crucial for creating a life I did not know was possible.

Finding your footing with a new project
Have you ever tried someone else's advice, and found a few weeks in that you are out of fuel? Instead of being excited about this new wind of change, the motivation is ebbing out. Where did it go? The momentum lost its footing.
How to be a friend to someone who needs a change
Rewiring your brain can sometimes feel like being a dung beetle rolling a big ball of turd, whilst walking on your hands and keeping the momentum up with your feet. Then four of your friends come along to help you. Here’s how to find the one that actually helps.
Struggling with shame for writing in English
Over the last few years, I have been googling one statement again and again. I found all sorts of classes for writing in English when it is your second language until I found what I was looking for, right here, on Medium. My search was: easier to write in English even though it is not your first language.
Using conflicts as a possibility for better relationships
The art of being part of a discussion is not a lost art, because to be fair, has it ever been close to the drawing board in the first place?
Apparently, you only have two options. Either you are right or you are wrong. That is like saying there are only solid colours in the colour palettes being ignorant to the beautiful shades of grey, yellow, red and so much more.
How we live our lives are based on the stories we tell ourselves and the world around us. The repeated truths that we have grown unconscious of. What is your story?
How I keep moving forward when I’m tired
I wrote a story about how to organise an overly creative mind where I showed you how I use spreadsheets to organise my overly creative mind. What I didn’t tell you about the three-month writing marathon of writing every day, is by day 15, — I am exhausted as I sit down to write. Here’s how I keep moving forward!
How to organise an overly creative mind
I am halfway through the first month, of the three months that I have dedicated to write and post every day. I have missed one day. That was the day when I decided to go all in.
My story of no more f•cks to give
What's your story today?
I speak on storytelling every day. That is, other peoples stories that in the end inspire you to either agree or disagree, being provoked to an action or a new train of thought.
The Need for Literature Ideas
Is writing about the future, an attempt to predict the future, or is it a medium to play with an idea? Growing up with a love for films and series about the future I was often disappointed about how it almost to a fault, portrayed a dystopian society with different levels of advanced technology that is a story of its own.
The strength in a film score
I watched Superman when I was a little girl, with Christopher Reeves and when I heard the music start up, I cringed. Come decades years later I realised why.
